【摘要】：1.研究目的：近年來,隨著我國社會老齡化步伐加快,老年性疾病發(fā)病人數(shù)日益增多,引起醫(yī)學(xué)界廣泛關(guān)注。在諸多老年性疾病中,老年性皮膚瘙癢癥因其發(fā)病原因復(fù)雜,反復(fù)發(fā)作,難于治療,已成為皮膚病學(xué)領(lǐng)域中關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。本研究旨在觀察養(yǎng)血重鎮(zhèn)湯對老年性皮膚瘙癢治療的有效性及安全性,探討?zhàn)B血重鎮(zhèn)湯對老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的作用機(jī)制,為中醫(yī)在老年性瘙癢癥治療領(lǐng)域提供理論及臨床依據(jù),以期將該治療方法推廣于老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的治療中,突出傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥在老年性皮膚瘙癢癥治療中的特色與優(yōu)勢。2.研究方法：本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用隨機(jī)對照法,將符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的120例老年性皮膚瘙癢癥患者,分為治療組和對照組。治療組給予養(yǎng)血重鎮(zhèn)湯治療,對照組給予西替利嗪片內(nèi)服,兩組同時給予復(fù)方樟腦乳膏外用。觀察28天后的病情,并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,比較,最后判定療效。3.研究結(jié)果：兩組患者經(jīng)治療前后,療效相比,治療組患者的總有效率為75.00%。對照組患者的總有效率為53.33%；兩組患者瘙癢癥狀、皮損癥狀總積分比較,治療組較對照組改善較明顯,P0.05。4.研究結(jié)論：(1)養(yǎng)血重鎮(zhèn)湯能改善老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的治療前后的瘙癢積分和皮損癥狀積分。(2)養(yǎng)血重鎮(zhèn)湯治療老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的總有效率優(yōu)于對照組。(3)養(yǎng)血重鎮(zhèn)湯治療老年皮膚瘙癢癥有效,是治療老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的有效且安全的臨床方劑。(4)養(yǎng)血重鎮(zhèn)湯具有一定臨床推廣價值。
[Abstract]:1. Objective: in recent years, with the accelerated pace of aging in China, the number of geriatric diseases is increasing day by day, which has attracted wide attention in the medical field. Among many senile diseases, senile pruritus has become the focus of attention in dermatology because of its complex causes, recurrent attacks and difficult treatment. The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy and safety of Yangxue Chongzhen decoction in the treatment of senile pruritus, to explore the mechanism of Yangxue Chongzhen decoction on senile pruritus, and to provide theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of senile pruritus. In order to extend this treatment method to the treatment of senile pruritus, highlight the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile pruritus. Methods: 120 patients with senile pruritus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Yangxue Chongzhen decoction, the control group with cetirizine tablets and the two groups with compound camphor cream. Observe the disease after 28 days, and data collection, comparison, and finally determine the curative effect. 3. Results: before and after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 75.00. The total effective rate of the patients in the control group was 53.33 and the total score of pruritus and lesion symptoms in the two groups was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05.4). Conclusion: yangxue Chongzhen decoction can improve the pruritus score and skin lesion symptom score before and after treatment) the total effective rate of Yangxue Chongzhen decoction in treating senile skin pruritus is better than that in the control group. It is effective in treating senile skin pruritus. It is an effective and safe clinical prescription for treating senile pruritus.
