【摘要】：目的:以遠(yuǎn)視力、屈光度和眼軸長(zhǎng)度為觀察指標(biāo),觀察頭針結(jié)合電針治療青少年脾虛型輕中度近視的臨床療效,為臨床頭針結(jié)合電針治療青少年近視提供依據(jù)。方法:將90例6~18歲脾虛型輕中度近視患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照1組、對(duì)照2組及觀察組(頭針結(jié)合電針),每組各30例(均為雙眼近視),三組均每日治療一次,連續(xù)治療10天為一療程,相鄰療程間休息3天,3個(gè)療程后觀察療效。觀察遠(yuǎn)視力、屈光度及眼軸長(zhǎng)度在治療前后的數(shù)值變化。結(jié)果:臨床觀察表明,三組治療后,遠(yuǎn)視力較治療前明顯增高,具有顯著性差異(P0.05),三組治療后屈光度較前明顯降低,且治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,治療前后三組間遠(yuǎn)視力及屈光度差值兩兩比較,均無顯著性差異(P0.05)。但是,三組患者眼軸長(zhǎng)度治療前后無明顯變化(P0.05)。治療期間所有患兒均未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:頭針結(jié)合電針療法可以改善青少年輕中度近視患者的遠(yuǎn)視力及屈光度,緩解視疲勞等脾虛癥狀,但眼軸長(zhǎng)度在短期治療前后無明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture on mild and moderate myopia of spleen deficiency type in adolescents with distant vision, diopter and length of eye axis, and to provide basis for clinical treatment of juvenile myopia with scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture. Methods: 90 cases of mild and moderate myopia with spleen deficiency at the age of 6 years old were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30) in which 30 cases were treated with scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture. The three groups were treated once a day for 10 days as a course of treatment. Rest 3 days between adjacent courses of treatment, observe the curative effect after 3 courses of treatment. The changes of distant vision, diopter and axial length before and after treatment were observed. Results: the clinical observation showed that after treatment, the hyperopia of the three groups was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the diopter of the three groups was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in far visual acuity and diopter difference between the three groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). However, there was no significant change of eye axis length in the three groups before and after treatment. No adverse reactions were found in all children during the treatment. Conclusion: the combination of scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture therapy can improve the distant vision and diopter of juvenile patients with mild and moderate myopia, relieve the symptoms of spleen deficiency, such as visual fatigue, but the length of eye axis has no significant difference before and after short-term treatment.
