【摘要】：目的:分析68例中風(fēng)(非急性期)共病失眠的臨床資料,觀察其常見(jiàn)證候分布,進(jìn)而探討其病機(jī)特點(diǎn)。方法:臨床采集中風(fēng)(非急性期)、失眠及中風(fēng)(非急性期)共病失眠患者的相關(guān)信息,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,分析三組危險(xiǎn)因素的差異及其證候分布規(guī)律,初步探求中風(fēng)(非急性期)共病失眠的病機(jī)。結(jié)果:高齡、絕經(jīng)、肥胖、鼾眠、吸煙、高血壓與中風(fēng)(非急性期)共病失眠密切相關(guān)。主要癥狀為記憶力欠佳、情緒急躁、口干(苦)、乏力、肢體不利、頭暈昏沉、精力欠佳、言語(yǔ)不利、便干、情緒低落,舌苔以暗紅舌、黃膩苔為主,脈象以弦滑脈、沉弦滑脈、弦細(xì)沉脈、沉弦細(xì)滑脈為主,常見(jiàn)的證候分布為陰虛證(42.6%)痰熱瘀阻證(36.8%)氣虛證(10.3%)痰熱證(5.9%)瘀熱證(4.4%)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:陰虛熱擾,形神失和是中風(fēng)(非急性期)共病失眠的基本病機(jī),心主血脈失常是中風(fēng)(非急性期)共病失眠的病理基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical data of 68 cases of syndromic insomnia of apoplexy (non-acute stage), observe the distribution of common syndromes, and explore its pathogenesis. Methods: the clinical data of patients with stroke (non-acute stage), insomnia and stroke (non-acute stage) were collected. The difference of risk factors and the distribution of syndromes were analyzed by statistical method. To explore the pathogenesis of stroke (non-acute stage) syndromes and insomnia. Results: old age, menopause, obesity, snoring sleep, smoking, hypertension and stroke (non-acute) coexisting insomnia were closely related. The main symptoms are poor memory, emotional impatience, dry mouth (bitter, tired, unfavorable limbs, dizziness, poor energy, unfavorable speech, dry mood, low mood, dark red tongue, yellow greasy fur, pulse with string smooth pulse, sinking string slippery vein, The common syndromes were Yin deficiency syndrome (42.6%) phlegm heat stasis syndrome (36.8) Qi deficiency syndrome (10.3) phlegm heat syndrome (5.9%) blood stasis syndrome (4.4B) P0.05N. Conclusion: heat disturbance of yin deficiency and disharmony of form and spirit are the basic pathogenesis of insomnia in syndromes of apoplexy (non-acute stage), and the disorder of heart and blood vessel is the pathological basis of insomnia of co-disease in apoplexy (non-acute stage).
