【摘要】：目的探討清熱涼血解毒湯治療血熱型尋常性銀屑病的臨床療效及對外周血炎癥因子的影響。方法選取我院2014年6月-2016年7月收治的108例血熱型尋常性銀屑病患者,采取隨機(jī)數(shù)字表將其分成兩組,每組54例。兩組患者均給予常規(guī)西藥治療,觀察組加用清熱涼血解毒湯治療,比較兩組臨床療效、治療前后銀屑病面積與嚴(yán)重性指數(shù)(PASI)評分、主要證候積分、外周血炎癥因子水平以及生活質(zhì)量變化情況。結(jié)果觀察組治療總有效率為92.59%,與對照組(66.67%)相比有明顯上升(P0.01)。兩組治療后PASI評分與治療前比較有顯著下降(P0.01)。兩組患者治療后瘙癢、紅斑、心煩、口干口渴積分均較治療前有明顯下降(P0.01),觀察組治療后各項主要證候積分均明顯低于對照組治療后(P0.01)。兩組患者治療后生理狀態(tài)、日�；顒�、心理狀態(tài)、社交娛樂評分均較治療前有明顯下降(P0.01)。兩組患者治療后血清IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α水平均明顯低于治療前(P0.01)。結(jié)論清熱涼血解毒湯治療血熱型尋常性銀屑病可有效緩解臨床癥狀、減輕機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng),療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Qingre Liangxue jiedu decoction (QXJD) on psoriasis vulgaris and its effect on inflammatory factors in peripheral blood. Methods 108 patients with blood-fever psoriasis vulgaris from June 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: 54 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with routine western medicine, the observation group was treated with Qingreliangxue jiedu decoction. The clinical efficacy, psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score and main syndrome score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Changes of peripheral blood inflammatory factor level and quality of life. Results the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.59, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.01). The PASI score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.01). After treatment, the scores of pruritus, erythema, irritation and dry mouth thirst in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment. The scores of major syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment. The scores of physiological state, daily activity, psychological state and social entertainment after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.01). The serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- 偽 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.01). Conclusion Qingre Liangxue jiedu decoction is effective in relieving clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction of patients with blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris.
