氣候變化背景下藏藥黑果枸杞的潛在適生區(qū)分布預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:在氣候變化背景下預(yù)測(cè)藏藥黑果枸杞在當(dāng)代及未來(lái)的適生區(qū)分布格局,為其資源可持續(xù)利用及GAP規(guī)范化種植提供參考;诤诠坭149個(gè)分布數(shù)據(jù)及當(dāng)代(1950—2000年)和未來(lái)(21世紀(jì)20—80年代)的氣候數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)考慮3種溫室氣體排放場(chǎng)景,應(yīng)用最大墑模型(Maxent)和地理信息系統(tǒng)(Arc GIS 10.3.1)軟件,定量地預(yù)測(cè)了黑果枸杞在我國(guó)的潛在適生區(qū)及其適生等級(jí)。發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)黑果枸杞的當(dāng)代適生區(qū)主要分布于我國(guó)新疆、青海、甘肅、內(nèi)蒙古、寧夏,陜西、山西、西藏境內(nèi)也發(fā)現(xiàn)分布區(qū);(2)黑果枸杞當(dāng)代適生區(qū)總面積為284.506 949×104km2,占中國(guó)國(guó)土面積的29.6%;(3)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定區(qū)域?yàn)榭傔m生區(qū)的25.2%;(4)氣候變化背景下,相較于當(dāng)代,其在21世紀(jì)20—80年代的適生區(qū)總面積均有不同程度的減少,但是中度適生區(qū)又有不同程度的增加。氣候變化對(duì)黑果枸杞適生區(qū)總面積及生境適宜度均會(huì)產(chǎn)生不同程度的雙面影響。通過(guò)以氣候變化為主導(dǎo)因素的黑果枸杞潛在適生區(qū)分布預(yù)測(cè),可為今后科學(xué)的保護(hù)、開發(fā)與利用黑果枸杞資源提供戰(zhàn)略性指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In the context of climate change, the distribution pattern of Tibetan medicine black fruit and wolfberry in the present and future habitat is predicted. It provides reference for the sustainable utilization of resources and the standardized planting of GAP. Based on the 149 distribution data of black fruit Lycium barbarum and the climate data of the contemporary (1950 to 2000) and the future (from 20 to 80s twenty-first Century), 3 greenhouse gas emission fields are considered simultaneously. Landscape, using the maximum soil moisture model (Maxent) and geographic information system (Arc GIS 10.3.1) software, a quantitative prediction of the potential habitat of black fruit and wolfberry in China and its suitability grade have been made. (1) the current regions of the black fruit and wolfberry are mainly distributed in Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, and Tibet. The total area of the black fruit Lycium barbarum is 284.506949 x 104km2, accounting for 29.6% of China's land area, and (3) the relative stability region is 25.2% of the total habitat area. (4) under the climate change background, the total area of the area from 20 to 80s in twenty-first Century has been reduced in a different degree compared to the present day, but the moderate growing area has a different degree of increase. With climate change as the dominant factor in the distribution of potential habitats of black fruit Lycium barbarum, it can provide strategic guidance for future scientific protection, development and utilization of the resources of black fruit Lycium barbarum.
