【摘要】：目的:觀察調(diào)脊通督針法治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的臨床療效。方法:將216例患者隨機分成兩組,觀察組采用調(diào)脊通督針法治療,對照組采用常規(guī)針刺法治療,觀察兩組臨床療效,并采用簡化Mc Gill疼痛評分(short-form Mc Gill pain questionnaire,SF-MPQ)量表系統(tǒng)評定兩組患者治療前后疼痛分級指數(shù)(pain rating index,PRI)、視覺模擬評分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)評分、現(xiàn)有疼痛強度(present pain intensity,PPI)。結(jié)果:觀察組臨床療效顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。兩組患者VAS及PRI評分與治療前比較,有顯著性差異(P0.05),且觀察組改善更顯著(P0.05)。觀察組患者PPI評分較對照組有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:調(diào)脊通督針法取穴簡便,能更好地改善神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者疼痛癥狀,療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of regulating chiropractic Tongdu acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type. Methods: 216 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A simplified Mc Gill Mc Gill pain questionnaire SF-MPQ system was used to evaluate the pain rating index and visual analogue scale before and after treatment in two groups. Results: the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The scores of VAS and PRI in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment (P 0.05), and the improvement of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group (P 0.05). The PPI score in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the acupuncture method of regulating Jinji and Tongdu is simple and convenient, which can improve the pain symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, and the curative effect is definite.
