【摘要】：目的:臨床研究針刺五臟俞結(jié)合溫針灸的療法對更年期心腎不交型失眠的治療作用及對更年期其他癥狀的改善情況,為失眠的臨床研究提供新思路,以及提供有效的,無不良反應的新療法。方法:將2014年9月到2015年12月的門診符合入組標準的60例更年期心腎不交型失眠患者進行臨床觀察,根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法,分成治療組與對照組,30例為一組,治療組采用針刺五臟俞結(jié)合溫針灸治療,對照組予以口服烏靈膠囊。臨床觀察患者治療前后情況,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,運用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS19.0進行分析,對治療組和對照組治療前后的PSQI評分及改良kupperman癥狀評分標準得出數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。結(jié)果:經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學處理,在兩組患者中,在年齡、月經(jīng)情況、病程、中醫(yī)癥狀等比較沒有明顯差異,均有可比性。兩組的治療方法均有一定的療效,改變了患者睡眠狀況,提高了患者生活質(zhì)量;治療組的總有效率為86.67%,對照組的總有效率為73.33%,統(tǒng)計學分析后治療組與對照組有明顯差異。兩組治療方法均有改善失眠癥狀、提高患者生活質(zhì)量的作用,但治療組的療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。針刺五臟俞結(jié)合溫針灸治療更年期心腎不交型失眠起效快,療效好,對其他更年期癥狀的緩解情況也略優(yōu)于烏靈膠囊。結(jié)論:針刺五臟俞結(jié)合溫針灸的方法對更年期心腎不交型失眠的治療有確切療效,能改善患者睡眠質(zhì)量,及其他更年期兼證,具有臨床推廣意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with warm moxibustion on insomnia of climacteric heart and kidney disjoint type and to improve other symptoms of climacteric, to provide new ideas and effective methods for clinical study of insomnia. A new treatment without adverse reactions. Methods: from September 2014 to December 2015, 60 patients with menopausal heart and kidney disjoint insomnia were observed and divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with warm moxibustion, and the control group was treated with Wuling capsule. Clinical observation of patients before and after treatment, the establishment of a database, the use of statistical software SPSS19.0 to analyze the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of PSQI scores and improved kupperman symptom score data were analyzed. Results: there were no significant differences in age, menstruation, course of disease and TCM symptoms between the two groups. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67, and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33. After statistical analysis, there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. Both groups had the effect of improving insomnia symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients, but the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Acupuncture of five Zang Yu and acupuncture combined with acupuncture in the treatment of menopausal insomnia of heart and kidney disjoint type, the effect is good, the other climacteric symptoms relief is also slightly better than Wuling capsule. Conclusion: acupuncture of five Zang Yu combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has definite curative effect on insomnia of climacteric heart and kidney disjoint type, can improve the sleep quality of patients, and other climacteric syndrome, and has clinical popularization significance.
