本文選題：眼肌麻痹 + 針刺��； 參考：《遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)》2017年碩士論文

【摘要】：眼肌麻痹為中風(fēng)后常見(jiàn)后遺癥之一,它給患者的心理及家庭造成諸多影響。臨床上治療本病的方法眾多,本文參考大量文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)如今,針刺儼然成為臨床普遍采用的治療方法,因其療效佳,安全性高,操作簡(jiǎn)便等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),在臨床上深受廣大醫(yī)生及患者的認(rèn)可。導(dǎo)師周鴻飛認(rèn)為,疾病的發(fā)生及進(jìn)展取決于不同人的不同體質(zhì),從體質(zhì)作為切入點(diǎn)治療疾病為導(dǎo)師的治療思路。根據(jù)體質(zhì)的不同,選取相對(duì)應(yīng)的穴位,以改善易患某種疾病的體質(zhì),或緩解疾病所帶來(lái)的痛苦。應(yīng)用體質(zhì)學(xué)說(shuō)指導(dǎo)疾病的治療不僅可以應(yīng)用在治療本病上,還可適用于其他任何疾病。在體質(zhì)分類的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)疾病產(chǎn)生的不同臨床癥狀進(jìn)行辨證分析,在整體觀念的指導(dǎo)下,針對(duì)不同的證型選用相對(duì)應(yīng)的腧穴進(jìn)行治療。就本病而言,治療上應(yīng)酌加眼周穴位,局部取穴取“穴位所在,主治所及”之意。再結(jié)合歷代醫(yī)家學(xué)者治療眼疾的常用效穴及特色穴的應(yīng)用。以上為導(dǎo)師治療本病的整體理念。周鴻飛教授從事臨床、教學(xué)工作30余年,積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)針刺治療此病有著獨(dú)特的見(jiàn)解與理念,在臨床上治療此病療效佳,深受患者好評(píng)。本文旨在探析周鴻飛教授在治療中風(fēng)后眼肌麻痹的取穴思想及常用穴位。
[Abstract]:Ophthalmoplegia is one of the common sequelae after stroke. There are many clinical methods to treat this disease. In this paper, referring to a large number of literature data, it is found that acupuncture has become a common clinical treatment nowadays, because of its good efficacy, high safety, simple operation and many other advantages. In clinical by the majority of doctors and patients recognized. Zhou Hongfei believes that the occurrence and progress of the disease depends on the different physique of different people. According to the different constitution, select the corresponding acupoints to improve the health of the disease, or alleviate the pain caused by the disease. Physique theory can be used not only to treat this disease, but also to treat any other disease. On the basis of physique classification, the different clinical symptoms produced by the disease were dialectically analyzed. Under the guidance of the whole concept, the corresponding acupoints were selected for treatment according to different syndrome types. As far as this disease is concerned, the treatment should be combined with periocular acupoints, and local acupoints should be taken as "the acupoints, the main treatment." Combined with the use of common points and characteristic points for the treatment of eye diseases. The above is the whole idea of the tutor treating this disease. Professor Zhou Hongfei is engaged in clinical practice, teaching for more than 30 years, accumulated a wealth of clinical experience, acupuncture treatment of this disease has a unique view and idea, in clinical treatment of this disease is good, well received by patients. The purpose of this paper is to probe into Professor Zhou Hongfei's idea of acupoint selection and points commonly used in the treatment of ophthalmoplegia after apoplexy.
