【摘要】：張簡齋是民國時期著名醫(yī)家,金陵醫(yī)派的奠基人。通過研讀《張簡齋醫(yī)案》,對其用藥特色進行探析,發(fā)現(xiàn)張簡齋臨證重視藥材修制拌炒,權(quán)衡損益藥物氣味性效,借助藥對各取所長,協(xié)同增效,確保用藥的可靠性、針對性和實用性,喜用鮮藥,擅用風藥,重視脾胃通和,師古而不泥古,其多樣化的藥物劑型、不拘一格的煎藥方式、早進晚服分時而治等獨到觀點,最大程度地滿足臨床治療的需求,對于當今中醫(yī)臨床拓寬思路、提高療效大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Zhang Jianzhai was a famous doctor in the Republic of China and the founder of the Jinling medical school. Through the study of the medical case of Zhang Jane fast, the author explored the characteristics of the medicine, and found that Zhang Jian fast was paying attention to the medicine repair and stir frying, weighing the odorness effect of the profit and loss drugs, with the help of the drugs, to ensure the reliability of the drugs, and to use fresh medicine for the purpose and practicality. It is of great benefit to the traditional Chinese medicine to broaden the thought of traditional Chinese medicine and to improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
