【摘要】：通腑泄熱法在臨床急癥中應(yīng)用廣泛,是"異病同治"的代表性治法。本法可透過腸壁吸收,起效迅速,直搗病灶,也可調(diào)暢臟腑氣機(jī),給邪氣以出路,達(dá)到泄熱祛邪、恢復(fù)臟腑生理功能的作用。本法在肺部感染、急性胰腺炎、急性膽囊炎、腸梗阻、急性腎盂腎炎、急性闌尾炎等急性疾病的治療中具有較好的療效。根據(jù)組成藥物的不同可發(fā)揮通腑泄熱、清熱解毒、軟堅(jiān)散結(jié)、活血化瘀等作用,具有療效可靠、操作簡便、副作用小等特點(diǎn)。故以急性腸梗阻、肺部感染和急性胰腺炎3個(gè)典型臨床驗(yàn)案說明通腑泄熱灌腸法的具體應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:It is widely used in clinical emergencies and is the representative method of treating different diseases and treating the same diseases at the same time. This method can be absorbed through the wall of the intestine, take effect quickly, tamper with the focus directly, also can adjust the viscera qi, give the way out of the evil gas, achieve the function of releasing heat and dispelling evil, and restoring the physiological function of the viscera. This method is effective in the treatment of pulmonary infection, acute pancreatitis, acute cholecystitis, intestinal obstruction, acute pyelonephritis and acute appendicitis. According to the different components of the drug, it can play the role of clearing away heat, clearing heat and detoxifying, soft firm and dispersing, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, etc., which has the characteristics of reliable curative effect, simple operation and small side effect and so on. Therefore, three typical clinical cases of acute intestinal obstruction, pulmonary infection and acute pancreatitis were used to illustrate the application of entrails and heat release enema.
