【摘要】：目的:探討杞菊地黃丸對白內(nèi)障術(shù)后干眼癥患者療效、淚膜破裂時間(tear breakup time,BUT),基礎(chǔ)淚液分泌實驗(schirmer I test,SIT)及角膜熒光素染色(fluorescent test,FL)的影響。方法:研究對象選自2016年2月—2017年1月華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬武漢中心醫(yī)院收治的116例白內(nèi)障術(shù)后干眼癥患者,采取隨機數(shù)字表將其分成兩組,其中觀察組58例(64眼),對照組58例(66眼)。兩組患者均采用人工淚液治療,觀察組聯(lián)合給予杞菊地黃丸治療,比較兩組臨床療效及治療前后BUT,SIT,FL評分及癥狀評分變化情況。結(jié)果:觀察組治療總有效率為93.75%,相對于對照組的77.27%顯著上升(P0.01)。兩組治療后2周,1個月,3個月BUT均較治療前顯著延長(P0.01),觀察組治療后各時點延長更明顯(P0.05)。兩組治療后2周,1個月,3個月SIT均較治療前顯著增加(P0.01),觀察組治療后各時點增加幅度更明顯(P0.05)。兩組治療后2周,1個月,3個月FL評分均較治療前顯著降低(P0.01),觀察組治療后各時點下降更顯著(P0.01)。兩組治療后2周,1個月,3個月干眼癥狀評分均較治療前顯著下降(P0.01),觀察組治療后各時點下降更顯著(P0.01)。結(jié)論:杞菊地黃丸治療白內(nèi)障術(shù)后干眼癥可有效提高淚膜穩(wěn)定性,改善視覺功能,療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of Qiju Dihuang pills on dry eye after cataract surgery, tear film rupture time (tear breakup time but), basic tear secretion experiment (Schimer I test site) and corneal fluorescein staining (fluoresent test FLL). Methods: from February 2016 to January 2017, 116 patients with xerophthalmia treated in Wuhan Central Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (58 cases, 64 eyes) and the control group (58 cases, 66 eyes). Patients in both groups were treated with artificial tear, and the observation group were treated with Qiju Dihuang pills. The clinical efficacy and the changes of butathium-SITFL score and symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.27%). BUT was significantly prolonged at 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after treatment in both groups compared with that before treatment. In the observation group, the prolongation of P0.05 was more obvious at each time point after treatment. The SIT of the two groups increased significantly 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after treatment compared with that before treatment. In the observation group, the increase was more significant at each time point after treatment than that before treatment (P 0.05). After 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after treatment, FL scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. After 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months of treatment, the scores of dry eye symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.01). Conclusion: Qiju Dihuang pills can effectively improve the stability of tear film and visual function after cataract surgery.
