【摘要】：陸子賢“斑為陽明熱毒,疹為太陰風(fēng)熱”為溫病學(xué)斑疹點(diǎn)睛之筆。此語濫觴于華佗“胃爛發(fā)斑”,且較之章虛谷“斑從肌肉而出屬胃,疹從血絡(luò)而出屬肺”更具綱領(lǐng)性的指導(dǎo)意義。斑疹“和而不同”,陸子賢由“胃爛發(fā)斑”提出“斑為陽明熱毒,疹為太陰風(fēng)熱”的貢獻(xiàn)在于:立足于葉天士溫病斑疹診治模式,統(tǒng)合張仲景、葉天士寒溫學(xué)術(shù)體系,把衛(wèi)氣營血、三焦、經(jīng)絡(luò)、臟腑辨證體系統(tǒng)一起來。陸氏寒溫統(tǒng)一學(xué)術(shù)較之現(xiàn)代新安名醫(yī)程門雪“傷寒本寒而標(biāo)熱,溫病本熱而標(biāo)寒”“溫病在傷寒基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展了清氣熱、涼營清熱、清心開竅等法”的認(rèn)識(shí)且各有時(shí)代特色,斑疹診治應(yīng)統(tǒng)合寒溫學(xué)術(shù)及中西醫(yī)病證結(jié)合。
