【摘要】：在更年期綜合征諸多內(nèi)分泌、神經(jīng)、精神等系統(tǒng)的一系列臨床表現(xiàn)當(dāng)中,汗證則較為突出,并且較為常見,很多情況下甚至以首發(fā)癥狀或者唯一臨床癥狀發(fā)生。目前西醫(yī)普遍認(rèn)為更年期汗證的發(fā)生機(jī)制是由于雌激素分泌降低,導(dǎo)致相關(guān)的血管舒縮因子分泌異常,從而出現(xiàn)了汗出異常的臨床癥狀。西醫(yī)的治療多采用激素替代療法(hormone replacement therapy,HRT),隨著研究深入則發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在一定隱患,因此患者接受度相對較低。中醫(yī)藥在更年期汗證的治療方面療效較為顯著,受諸多患者認(rèn)可。張?zhí)m教授從事內(nèi)分泌疾病的臨床治療及科研工作數(shù)十載,臨床中擅長個體化辨證論治,先辨臟腑后辨陰陽,整體分析患者病因病機(jī),辨證準(zhǔn)確后運(yùn)用古方靈活加減進(jìn)行治療。張?zhí)m教授認(rèn)為更年期汗證以心為標(biāo)、腎為本,涉及肝脾,總屬陰陽失衡,本文將從多方面對導(dǎo)師關(guān)于更年期汗證的病機(jī)辨證分析思路及臨床治療方法進(jìn)行歸納概述。
[Abstract]:Among a series of clinical manifestations of climacteric syndrome, such as endocrine, nerve and mental systems, sweat syndrome is more prominent and more common. In many cases, even the first symptoms or the only clinical symptoms occur. At present, Western medicine generally thinks that the mechanism of climacteric sweating syndrome is due to the decrease of estrogen secretion, which leads to abnormal secretion of vasomotor and systolic and diastolic factors, thus presenting the clinical symptoms of abnormal sweating. Hormone replacement therapy is often used in the treatment of western medicine. With the further study, it is found that there are some hidden dangers, so the acceptance of patients is relatively low. Chinese medicine in menopausal sweating syndrome treatment is more significant, by many patients recognized. Professor Zhang Lan is engaged in the clinical treatment and scientific research of endocrine diseases for tens of years. He is good at individualized differentiation of symptoms and signs, first differentiating the viscera and then differentiating yin and yang, analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of the patients as a whole, and using the ancient prescription to add and subtract flexibly after differentiation of symptoms and signs. Professor Zhang Lan thinks that climacteric sweating syndrome is based on heart, kidney, liver and spleen, and it belongs to the imbalance of yin and yang. This article will summarize the way of thinking and clinical treatment of supervisor's diagnosis and treatment of climacteric sweating syndrome from many aspects.
