【摘要】：目的觀察補(bǔ)腎調(diào)周法聯(lián)合微刺激對(duì)卵巢低反應(yīng)(poor ovarian response,POR)不孕患者臨床療效的影響,探討在POR患者行控制性促排卵周期中運(yùn)用補(bǔ)腎調(diào)周法的可行性和有效性。方法將76例POR患者隨機(jī)分為治療組(38例)和對(duì)照組(38例),對(duì)照組采用微刺激方案,治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用補(bǔ)腎調(diào)周中藥,療程為3個(gè)月。比較兩組腎陰虛證候改善情況、促性腺激素(Gn)天數(shù)、Gn用量、注射人絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日雌二醇(E_2)水平、獲卵數(shù)、MⅡ卵數(shù)、MⅡ卵受精率、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù)、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率、周期取消率、移植日子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、生化妊娠率和臨床妊娠率。結(jié)果治療組總有效率94.7%(36/38)高于對(duì)照組[76.3%(29/38)](P0.05)。治療后治療組獲卵數(shù)、MⅡ卵數(shù)、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù)、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率及移植日子宮內(nèi)膜厚度均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05,P0.01);治療組Gn天數(shù)、Gn用量、HCG日E_2、MⅡ卵受精率、周期取消率、生化妊娠率及臨床妊娠率與對(duì)照組比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論補(bǔ)腎調(diào)周法能增加POR患者超促排卵周期的獲卵數(shù)、MⅡ卵數(shù),提高優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率,增加子宮內(nèi)膜厚度,提高妊娠率。
