【摘要】：目的觀察傷科黃水(黃芩、黃連、黃柏等)對(duì)行全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)患者術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、腫脹程度及功能恢復(fù)的影響。方法取2015.01—2016.01佛山市中醫(yī)院關(guān)節(jié)科行全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)和常規(guī)護(hù)理的80例患者,隨機(jī)均分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,觀察組患者外敷傷科黃水。比較2組術(shù)后腫脹程度、視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分(VAS)及膝關(guān)節(jié)HSS功能評(píng)分。結(jié)果術(shù)后7 d、14 d、1個(gè)月觀察組腫脹程度低于對(duì)照組。7、14 d觀察組VAS評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組。術(shù)后1、3、6個(gè)月2組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)HSS功能評(píng)分均較術(shù)前增高,但觀察組顯著高于對(duì)照組。所有差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論長(zhǎng)期傷科黃水外敷可有效緩解行全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)患者術(shù)后疼痛及腫脹,改善膝關(guān)節(jié)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Huangshui (Scutellaria baicalensis, Coptis chinensis, Cortex Phellodendri) on pain, swelling and functional recovery of knee joint after total knee arthroplasty.Methods 80 patients with total knee arthroplasty and routine nursing were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The degree of swelling, visual analogue score (VAS) and knee joint HSS score were compared between the two groups.Results the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 7th and 14th day after operation, and the degree of swelling in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 1 month.The HSS score of knee joint in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group at 1: 3 and 6 months postoperatively, but it was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion long term external application of yellow water can relieve postoperative pain and swelling and improve knee function in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.
