【摘要】：目的:觀察針刺于氏頭針額區(qū)和項(xiàng)區(qū)對(duì)輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙患者的認(rèn)知功能及日常生活能力的影響,為治療輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙提供臨床和理論依據(jù)。方法:通過(guò)隨機(jī)分組的方法將納入的60例患者分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組30例患者,其中男性患者26例,女性患者34例。年齡均在50-70歲內(nèi),病程均在4-10個(gè)月內(nèi)。治療組采取針刺于氏頭針額區(qū)和項(xiàng)區(qū)配合口服安理申,額區(qū)和項(xiàng)區(qū)各針刺5針,留針6小時(shí),期間每隔兩小時(shí)捻轉(zhuǎn)一次,每次捻針3-5min,直至出針。對(duì)照組單純口服安理申。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療30天,十天為一個(gè)療程,每經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)療程后休息一天,共三個(gè)療程。兩組患者在治療前后分別用MMSE、MOCA指數(shù)對(duì)患者認(rèn)知情況進(jìn)行評(píng)估并且治療前后用Barthel量表對(duì)患者的日常生活能力進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果:1.兩組患者治療后與治療前相比,兩組的MMSE和MOCA總評(píng)分均有提高并且組內(nèi)比較差異顯著(P0.05);兩組患者治療后的MMSE和MO CA總評(píng)分組間差異顯著(P0.05),說(shuō)明治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.治療組總有效率為8 6.6 7%,對(duì)照組總有效率為5 3.3 3%,組間比較差異顯著。結(jié)論:1、叢刺于氏頭針結(jié)合藥物組與單純藥物組治療前后相比日常生活活動(dòng)能力(改良Bath el量表)無(wú)明顯改善。2、叢刺于氏頭針額區(qū)和項(xiàng)區(qū)結(jié)合藥物治療MCI的療效明顯優(yōu)于單純藥物組。3、叢刺于氏頭針額區(qū)和項(xiàng)區(qū)可明顯改善認(rèn)知功能障礙患者的認(rèn)知功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on the area and the frontal region's scalp acupuncture effects on cognitive dysfunction in patients with mild cognitive and daily life ability, and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of mild cognitive impairment. Methods: through the method of randomly divided 60 cases of patients were included and divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group, including 26 cases of male patients and 34 female patients. The age at the age of 50-70, in the course of 4-10 months. The treatment group adopt acupuncture and in area of frontal region's scalp acupuncture combined with oral Aricept, acupuncture and frontal area 5 needle, the needle for 6 hours, every two hours during a twisting every time, the 3-5min, until the needle. The control group was treated with Aricept. Two groups were treated continuously for 30 days, ten days for a course of treatment, each after a period of rest after a day, a total of three courses. Two groups of patients were with MMSE before and after treatment, MOCA The number of patients' perception and evaluation before and after treatment with Barthel scale on the ability of daily life of patients were evaluated. Results: 1. compared to the two groups of patients before and after treatment, two groups of MMSE and MOCA total scores were increased and group difference was significant (P0.05); MMSE and MO scores of CA group the difference between the two groups after treatment significantly (P0.05), the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2. treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.67%, control group total effective rate was 53.33%, significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: 1. The cluster needling of scalp acupuncture combined with Yu's drug group and simple drug group before and after treatment compared to the daily ADL (modified Bath scale EL) no significant improvement in.2, and the region's scalp acupuncture acupuncture curative effect of combined therapy of frontal region MCI was higher than that of single drug group.3, and in the area of Acupuncture's scalp acupuncture can significantly improve the cognitive dysfunction of frontal region Cognitive function of the patient.
