【摘要】：鼓脹為中醫(yī)四大疑難重癥之一,其病因復(fù)雜,病情嚴(yán)重,治療棘手。新疆名老中醫(yī)樂德行教授認(rèn)為臟腑陰陽虛實(shí)受寒受熱或氣血津液之紊亂都可致氣機(jī)失調(diào),在人體呈現(xiàn)升降出入開闔聚散障礙而發(fā)生鼓脹。最突出有兩大類型,一是心腎陽虛致氣化不利,二是濕熱內(nèi)蘊(yùn)氣化不利。故分別用桂枝去芍藥加麻辛附子湯和茵陳蒿湯合己椒藶黃丸加味治療,兩方的實(shí)質(zhì)都是增強(qiáng)氣化能力,調(diào)節(jié)升降出入,臨床亦奏良效。
[Abstract]:Bulging is one of the four difficult cases in TCM, its etiology is complex, the disease is serious and the treatment is difficult.Professor of Ledeling, a famous Chinese medicine in Xinjiang, believes that the disorder of cold, heat and deficiency of zang-fu organs, yin and yang, or qi, blood and body fluid can cause the disorder of Qi and qi, and cause swelling in the human body due to the disorder of opening and closing up and dispersing in and out of the human body.There are two most prominent types, one is bad gasification caused by deficiency of heart and kidney yang, the other is bad gasification of dampness and heat.Therefore, with Guizhi to remove paeoniflorin and Ma Xin Fuzi decoction and Yinchen Artemisia decoction heji Jiao Li Huang Pill treatment, the essence of both sides is to enhance the ability of gasification, adjust the movement, clinical also play a good effect.
