【摘要】：1.研究目的雖然歷代醫(yī)家對氣化理論的研究和發(fā)揮層出不窮,但是對氣化理論的研究尚存在認(rèn)識偏見和深度不足的問題,本論文將通過對《內(nèi)經(jīng)》氣化和王孟英醫(yī)案相關(guān)著作、文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行閱讀研究,明確氣化、氣機、氣的概念及關(guān)系,同時對于《內(nèi)經(jīng)》氣化的內(nèi)涵和病理生理情況,將做系統(tǒng)地整體深入探究和細(xì)化,以呈氣化本源。通過對王孟英發(fā)揮與運用氣化理論的學(xué)術(shù)思想研究,為當(dāng)代許多"氣化失常"為病,提供正確合理的理論指導(dǎo),糾正人們對于溫病學(xué)家僅注重"清熱"和"養(yǎng)陰"的以往傳統(tǒng)偏見。此外,歷代各家各派理論有別,如何正確看待和運用,以及溯回中醫(yī)本源,是當(dāng)下之急要,筆者認(rèn)為氣化理論的回歸可以有效解決這一問題。2.研究內(nèi)容本文將在傳統(tǒng)文獻(xiàn)研究方法基礎(chǔ)上,通過收集"《內(nèi)經(jīng)》氣化"和"王孟英"相關(guān)著作、文獻(xiàn),并加以閱讀和整理,從"氣"的角度出發(fā),對哲學(xué)之氣、醫(yī)學(xué)之氣進(jìn)行闡發(fā),同時闡釋氣化和氣機的概念和特點以及二者關(guān)系,明確氣、氣機、氣化的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系。還對氣化的歷史沿革進(jìn)行梳理。同時對王孟英發(fā)揮和運用氣化理論的思想進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)概括,還有闡發(fā)導(dǎo)師對氣化理論認(rèn)識和拓展,包括回顧性研究,旨在讓醫(yī)者對于氣化理論有更全面、更系統(tǒng)、更好地的認(rèn)識和運用,也為許多"氣化失常"疾病提供理論指導(dǎo)。3.研究意義當(dāng)今,濕熱和陰傷體質(zhì)的亞健康和疾病人群普遍增多,濕熱和陰傷等致病因素最易影響機體氣化功能。由于王孟英所生活時代與當(dāng)代較接近,人群體質(zhì)、氣候條件、疾病譜、證候譜等差別不大,因此,總結(jié)王孟英對氣化理論的學(xué)術(shù)思想和診治經(jīng)驗,為當(dāng)代許多"氣化失常"為病,提供正確合理的理論指導(dǎo),同時希望通過對《內(nèi)經(jīng)》氣化理論的全面系統(tǒng)分析認(rèn)識,以糾正不識氣化等流弊,意義重大。
[Abstract]:1.The purpose of this paper is to study gasification theory and bring it into full play, but there are still some problems in the research of gasification theory, such as bias and lack of depth. In this paper, we will study the gasification of Nei Jing and the related works of Wang Mengying's medical case.Through reading and studying the literature, the concept and relationship of gasification, gas engine and gas are clarified. Meanwhile, the connotation and pathophysiology of gasification will be studied and refined systematically, so as to present the origin of gasification.Through the study of Wang Mengying's academic thought of exerting and applying gasification theory, it provides correct and reasonable theoretical guidance for many contemporary "gasification disorders".Correct the traditional prejudice that people only pay attention to clearing away heat and nourishing yin for febrile scientists.In addition, different schools of theory, how to correctly treat and use, as well as back to the origin of traditional Chinese medicine, is the urgent need, the author believes that the return of gasification theory can effectively solve this problem.On the basis of the traditional literature research methods, this paper will collect the relevant works and documents of "the Inner Classic" and "Wang Mengying", and read and arrange them, from the angle of "Qi", to the philosophy of Qi.At the same time, it explains the concept and characteristics of gasification and gas engine, and the relationship between them, and clarifies the difference and relation of gas, gas engine and gasification.It also combs the history of gasification.At the same time, it analyzes and summarizes Wang Mengying's thought of exerting and applying gasification theory, and also explains the tutor's understanding and expansion of gasification theory, including retrospective research, in order to make doctors have a more comprehensive and systematic view of gasification theory.Better understanding and application also provide theoretical guidance for many "gasification disorders" diseases.The significance of this study is that the subhealth and disease population of damp-heat and Yin injury are increasing, and the pathogenic factors such as damp-heat and Yin injury are the most likely to affect the gasification function of the body.Because Wang Mengying lives in a similar age to the contemporary age, and there are no significant differences in population constitution, climate conditions, disease spectrum, syndrome spectrum, etc., therefore, he summarizes Wang Mengying's academic thoughts on the theory of gasification and his experience in diagnosis and treatment.It is of great significance to provide correct and reasonable theoretical guidance for many contemporary "gasification disorders", and hope to correct the disadvantages of gasification through a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the gasification theory of the Inner Classic.
