【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)臨床觀(guān)察腰腿痛寧膠囊治療血瘀型腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥的療效,應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,對(duì)腰腿痛寧膠囊治療血瘀型腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。方法:選擇長(zhǎng)春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院來(lái)診的60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥的門(mén)診患者,將其隨機(jī)分為兩組,口服腰腿痛寧膠囊的治療組和口服根痛平膠囊的對(duì)照組。每組患者接受28天的治療,治療前、后記錄患者的癥狀、體征、日常生活動(dòng)作等情況。參考日本整形外科會(huì)于1984年制定的腰椎疾患成績(jī)判斷評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)患者自覺(jué)癥狀、體征、日常生活動(dòng)作積分進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,單組治療前后、兩組間治療前后進(jìn)行對(duì)比,運(yùn)用最終有效率進(jìn)行評(píng)定,并行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析處理。結(jié)果:治療后口服腰腿痛寧膠囊的治療組和口服根痛平膠囊的對(duì)照組有效率有明顯差異(P0.05)。治療組、對(duì)照組雖然都有令人滿(mǎn)意的有效率,但結(jié)果表明治療組總有效率優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:表明腰腿痛寧膠囊治療血瘀型腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥是臨床上安全、有效的選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective: through clinical observation on the effect of Yaotuitong Capsule in treating blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation, using statistical analysis, comprehensive evaluation of Yaotuitong Capsule in treating blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: The Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to diagnosis of 60 cases of lumbar spine in accordance with the inclusion criteria of patients with lumbar disc herniation and they were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group oral Gentongping capsule Yaotuitong Capsule. Each group of patients were treated for 28 days before treatment, after the recording of the patient's symptoms, signs, and other daily life action. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association in 1984 of the lumbar spine disorders scores the judgment standard for evaluation of patients with symptoms, signs, and ADL score were analyzed before and after treatment, the single group, between the two groups before and after treatment were compared with the final effective rate was evaluated, The results were statistically analyzed. Results: after treatment, treatment group and control group oral Gentongping capsule Yaotuitong Capsule has efficiency had significant difference (P0.05). The treatment group, the control group have satisfactory efficiency, but the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group better than the control group. Conclusion: that Yaotuitong capsule treating blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation is clinically safe, effective choice.
