【摘要】：目的:研究逍遙散直腸滴灌結(jié)合七白散面膜外敷治療肝郁氣滯型黃褐斑的臨床療效,為治療黃褐斑提供一種新的方法。方法:本研究共選入確診為肝郁氣滯型黃褐斑并同意此次系統(tǒng)治療的患者60例,對(duì)60名黃褐斑患者采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表隨機(jī)分為兩組,即實(shí)驗(yàn)組:逍遙散直腸滴灌結(jié)合七白散面膜組30人;對(duì)照組:逍遙散口服結(jié)合七白散面膜30人。兩組患者每次治療前、治療一個(gè)月后、治療一個(gè)療程后采用相機(jī)拍照及第六代VISIA皮膚測(cè)試儀拍照記錄分析其UV斑點(diǎn)區(qū)及棕色斑點(diǎn)區(qū)數(shù)值。運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件SPSS19.0對(duì)臨床療效進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)其療效做最后評(píng)判。結(jié)果:本實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中治療兩個(gè)月后觀察到實(shí)驗(yàn)組痊愈5例,顯效11例,有效12例,無(wú)效2例;對(duì)照組痊愈3例,顯效7例,有效12例,無(wú)效8例,二者比較P0.05,表示兩組具有顯著差異,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。兩組經(jīng)過(guò)治療后總有效率分別為93.33%和73.33%。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明中藥直腸滴灌聯(lián)合七白散面膜外敷治療黃褐斑優(yōu)于口服中藥結(jié)合七白散面膜外敷,可明顯降低皮膚黑色素含量,減少皮膚的色素沉著。結(jié)論:本課題研究結(jié)果顯示逍遙散直腸滴灌結(jié)合七白散面膜外敷治療肝郁氣滯型黃褐斑具有良好的治療效果,降低了復(fù)發(fā)率,治療后未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)及副作用,為皮膚美容科室進(jìn)一步治療黃褐斑提供了新的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Xiaoyao San rectal drip irrigation combined with Qi Bai San facial mask on chloasma of liver stagnation and qi stagnation type, and to provide a new method for the treatment of chloasma.Methods: a total of 60 patients with chloasma with liver stagnation and Qi stagnation were selected and agreed to the system treatment. 60 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group: Xiaoyao San rectal drip irrigation combined with Qibai San facial mask group 30; control group: Xiaoyao San oral combined with Qi Bai San facial mask 30 people.The UV spot area and brown spot area of the two groups were analyzed by camera and VISIA skin tester after one course of treatment before and one month after each treatment.The statistical software SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the clinical curative effect and the final evaluation was made.Results: after two months of treatment, 5 cases of cure, 11 cases of marked effect, 12 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffectiveness were observed in the experimental group, while in the control group, 3 cases were cured, 7 cases were effective, 12 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective.The comparison between the two groups (P0.05) indicated that the two groups had significant difference and statistical significance.The total effective rates were 93.33% and 73.33%, respectively.The results showed that the treatment of chloasma by rectal drip irrigation combined with Qibai Powder mask was better than that of oral Chinese medicine combined with Qibai Powder mask, which could obviously reduce the content of melanin and reduce the pigmentation of skin.Conclusion: the results of this study showed that Xiaoyao San rectal drip irrigation combined with Qibai powder mask was effective in the treatment of chloasma with stagnation of liver and qi, and the recurrence rate was decreased. No side effects and side effects were found after treatment.It provides a new method for the further treatment of chloasma in the department of skin and beauty.
