【摘要】：目的通過臨床觀察研究,觀察仙龍益腎顆粒對糖尿病腎病患者臨床療效。方法選取符合納入標準,臨床表現(xiàn)為氣陰兩虛兼血瘀型糖尿病腎病患者60例,隨機分為治療組和對照組各30例,在基礎治療上,治療組服用仙龍益腎顆粒,對照組服用渴絡欣膠囊,療程8周。觀察患者血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)、肝功、腎功、血脂、血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、24小時尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子的影響及中醫(yī)證候積分等治療效果及安全指標變化。結果仙龍益腎顆粒對氣陰兩虛兼血瘀型糖尿病腎病臨床療效。治療組總有效率86.66%,對照組總有效率73.32%,治療組有效率優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01);證候積分均較治療前明顯減低(P0.01),治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01);降低24小時尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);治療組降低甘油三酯明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01);治療組降低總膽固醇優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);治療組降低血糖優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);糖化血紅蛋白明顯降低(P0.01);兩組治療后血管內(nèi)皮生長因子都降低(P0.05);兩組均未出現(xiàn)肝功能、腎功能的異常。結論1.仙龍益腎顆粒對氣陰兩虛兼血瘀型糖尿病腎病有效率、改善中醫(yī)證候優(yōu)于對照組。2.能降低糖尿病腎病患者Ⅲ期的24小時尿白蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子,延緩糖尿病腎病進展。3.可以調(diào)節(jié)血糖和脂類代謝紊亂。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Xianlong Yishen granule on diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of qi and yin and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). On the basis of basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with Xianlong Yishen granule.The control group was treated with Kailuoxin capsule for 8 weeks.The effects of routine blood routine, urine routine, liver function, renal function, blood lipid, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), urinary microalbumin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and TCM syndromes were observed.Results Xianlong Yishen granule was effective in treating diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of Qi and Yin and blood stasis.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.66 and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.32. The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group, and that of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group, and that of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing triglyceride, the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing total cholesterol, the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing blood sugar, and the glycosylated hemoglobin is obviously lower in the treatment group than in the control group.The vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) was decreased in both groups after treatment, and no liver function was found in both groups.Abnormal renal function.Conclusion 1.Xianlong Yishen granule is effective in treating diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis, and improving TCM syndrome is better than that of control group. 2.It can reduce 24 hours urinary albumin, urinary microalbumin and vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with stage 鈪，
