【摘要】：間質(zhì)性肺疾病是呼吸系統(tǒng)中的疑難性疾病,目前呈逐年多發(fā)態(tài)勢,西醫(yī)學(xué)理想的治療方法較為有限,中醫(yī)藥對本病的治療優(yōu)勢日漸突出。周仲瑛教授懸壺桑梓七十余載,專攻內(nèi)科,尤擅急難病癥,倡導(dǎo)病機(jī)辨證,長于復(fù)法制方,屢起沉疴頑疾。周仲瑛教授在長期診療間質(zhì)性肺疾病的過程中摸索到肺虛絡(luò)痹為本病的基本病機(jī);臨床以扶正祛邪為治療間質(zhì)性肺疾病的基本大法,擅長采用解表祛邪法、扶正培本法、調(diào)暢氣機(jī)法、化痰散結(jié)法、活血通絡(luò)法等治法復(fù)法制方;同時指出本病往往虛實夾雜,遷延難愈,需守法長治。
[Abstract]:Interstitial pulmonary disease is a difficult disease in the respiratory system, and it has a trend of increasing year by year. The ideal treatment method of western medicine is limited, and the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease is becoming more and more prominent.Professor Zhou Zhongying, for more than 70 years, specializes in internal medicine, especially in acute and difficult diseases, advocates differentiation of pathogenesis, is good at recovering the legal system, and often suffers from serious and persistent diseases.Professor Zhou Zhongying, in the course of long-term diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung diseases, found out that deficiency of the lung and collaterals arthralgia was the basic pathogenesis of the disease.At the same time, it is pointed out that the disease is often mixed with deficiency and reality, which is difficult to heal, and needs to be treated by the law for a long time.
