【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評價針灸治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥的療效。方法全面收集相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBMdisc)、維普期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、PubMed和Web of Science等數(shù)據(jù)庫中有關(guān)針灸治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥的隨機(jī)對照文獻(xiàn)。利用RveMan5.3軟件對研究數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行Meta分析,系統(tǒng)評價針灸治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥的療效及安全性。結(jié)果共檢索到文獻(xiàn)534篇,根據(jù)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最終16篇隨機(jī)對照試驗共1687例患者納入本試驗,均為中文文獻(xiàn)。采用Jadad評分量表進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評價,發(fā)現(xiàn)納入的這些研究質(zhì)量較低。臨床效應(yīng)Meta顯示:(1)針灸療法優(yōu)于西醫(yī)常規(guī)療法[RR 1.30,95%CI(1.20.1.40),P0.00001];(2)針灸療法優(yōu)于單純中藥療法[RR 1.69,95%CI(1.38.2.06),P0.00001];(3)針灸結(jié)合中藥療法優(yōu)于西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療[RR 1.31,95%CI(1.21.1.43),P0.00001](4)針灸療法治療后患者妊娠率優(yōu)于西醫(yī)常規(guī)療法[RR 1.49,95%CI(1.22.1.83),P=0.0001].結(jié)論①現(xiàn)有證據(jù)表明針灸療法或針灸結(jié)合中藥療法治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥具有較好的療效。②與西醫(yī)療法對照,針灸療法具有安全性好,操作簡便,副作用低的優(yōu)點。③當(dāng)前針灸療法為主治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕癥的臨床研究文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量不高且缺乏規(guī)范性。未來臨床仍需要開展更多多中心、大樣本、嚴(yán)格的方法學(xué)設(shè)計和質(zhì)量控制研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on oviduct obstructive infertility.Methods the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility was collected from CNKI, CBM discr and Web of Science in Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Weip Journal Full-text Database (WIP) and Web of Science.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility by Meta analysis with RveMan5.3 software.Results A total of 534 articles were retrieved. According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, 1687 patients in 16 randomized controlled trials were included in the trial, all of which were Chinese literature.Jadad scale was used to evaluate the quality of these studies.Conclusion (1) the available evidence shows that acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine are effective in treating oviduct obstructive infertility. 2. Compared with western medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion have good safety and simple operation.At present, the clinical research on oviduct obstructive infertility treated mainly by acupuncture therapy is of low quality and lack of standardization.More centers, large samples, rigorous methodological design and quality control research are needed in the future.
