【摘要】：目的:本課題旨在通過(guò)觀察以太陽(yáng)陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主針刺與外用姜黃消痤搽劑兩者治療對(duì)于尋常痤瘡的臨床療效對(duì)比,比較兩者隨訪有效率的差異,以期望提高患者的生活質(zhì)量,為尋常痤瘡的治療提供安全、實(shí)用、安全的臨床實(shí)踐。方法:選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者,按照隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn)方法隨機(jī)分為2組,分別為觀察組(以太陽(yáng)陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主針刺)、對(duì)照組(外用姜黃消痤搽劑),每組30人。治療組取穴:大椎、委中、中脘、下脘、氣海、關(guān)元、足三里、天樞、曲池、合谷、神門。觀察組治療隔日治療1次,每周治療3次,對(duì)照組外擦姜黃消痤搽劑每日2-3次,3周為1個(gè)療程,共治療2個(gè)療程。治療結(jié)束后觀察療效,療程結(jié)束1個(gè)月后進(jìn)行隨訪觀察。在治療后3周、6周分別觀察記錄患者皮損積分情況,比較兩組治療效果及生活質(zhì)量量表的變化,分析整理數(shù)據(jù),用spss19.0系統(tǒng)軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)前兩組患者性別、年齡、病程以及痤瘡的皮損嚴(yán)重程度均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),具有可比性。以太陽(yáng)陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主針刺治療痤瘡3周、6周后的療效優(yōu)于姜黃消痤搽劑組,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);和對(duì)照組相比,以太陽(yáng)陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主針刺治療在改善痤瘡患者的皮損程度、降低痤瘡數(shù)量的發(fā)生以及改善生活質(zhì)量方面均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);以太陽(yáng)陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主針刺治療能夠降低痤瘡患者的復(fù)發(fā),具有較好的遠(yuǎn)期療效,且在治療過(guò)程中無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:以太陽(yáng)陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主針刺治療能明顯降低痤瘡患者皮損的嚴(yán)重程度,改善痤瘡患者的生活質(zhì)量,能明顯減少痤瘡患者的復(fù)發(fā),并且無(wú)副作用,作用值得肯定。以太陽(yáng)陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主針刺治療尋常型痤瘡療效優(yōu)于姜黃消痤搽劑外用,適宜在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: This study is designed to observe the sun meridian acupuncture and topical treatment for both Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment to compare the clinical efficacy of acne vulgaris, the difference were both to improve the efficiency and quality of life of patients, for the treatment of acne vulgaris to provide a safe, practical, safe clinical practice. Methods: Select 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were in accordance with the method of randomized controlled clinical trials were randomly divided into 2 groups, observation group respectively (Sun meridian acupuncture) and control group (external Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment), 30 people in each group. The treatment group: acupoints Dazhui, Weizhong, Zhongwan, Xiawan. Qihai, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Quchi, Hegu, Tianshu, Shenmen. Observation group treatment every other day for 1 times, for 3 times a week, the control group rub Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment 2-3 times a day, 3 weeks for 1 courses, a total of 2 courses of treatment. To observe the curative effect after treatment, treatment Followed up for 1 months after the end of the process. After treatment for 3 weeks, 6 weeks respectively to observe and record the patients with lesions of points, changes in the treatment effect of the two groups were compared and the quality of life scale, analyzing the data were analyzed by spss19.0 software. Results: the two groups before sex, age, no statistical differences between the duration and severity of acne lesions (P0.05), comparable to the sun. Yangming Meridian acupuncture treatment of acne for 3 weeks, after 6 weeks, the curative effect is better than that of Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment group, with statistical significance (P0.05); compared with control group, the sun meridian acupuncture in the treatment of skin lesions the degree of acne patients, reduce the occurrence of acne and the number of ways to improve the quality of life were statistically significant (P0.05); the sun Yangming Meridian acupuncture therapy can reduce the recurrence of acne patients, with better long-term effects, and No obvious adverse reaction during the treatment. Conclusion: the sun meridian acupuncture therapy can significantly reduce the severity of skin lesions of patients with acne, acne and improve the quality of life of patients, can significantly reduce the recurrence of acne patients, and no side effects, effect is worthwhile. With the sun Yangming Meridian acupuncture is effective in treating acne vulgaris is better than Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment topical, suitable for clinical application.
