針刺手厥陰經(jīng)穴對(duì)心肌缺血再灌注損傷大鼠CRTmRNA表達(dá)率的影響

【摘要】:目的:觀察電針手厥陰經(jīng)"內(nèi)關(guān)""郄門"穴對(duì)缺血再灌注損傷過程大鼠心肌組織CRTmRNA表達(dá)率的影響,探討經(jīng)穴與臟腑間的特異性聯(lián)系。方法:50只Wistar大鼠根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為假手術(shù)組、缺血-再灌注模型組、針刺"內(nèi)關(guān)"治療組、針刺"郄門"治療組以及針刺"合谷"對(duì)照組5組各10只。除假手術(shù)組外,其他4組均制備缺血-再灌注動(dòng)物模型,假手術(shù)組穿線但不結(jié)扎冠狀動(dòng)脈。"內(nèi)關(guān)"、"郄門"、"合谷"3組穴位針刺20 min后,結(jié)扎冠狀動(dòng)脈左前降支40 min,再次針刺上述穴位20 min松扎,恢復(fù)冠脈灌流60 min后摘取心臟取心尖部組織,采用RT-PCR方法測(cè)定CRTmRNA表達(dá)率,實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中心電圖(ECG)全程監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果:假手術(shù)組CRTmRNA的表達(dá)很低,模型組與"內(nèi)關(guān)"組、"郄門"組比較,CRTmRNA表達(dá)率下降非常明顯;模型組與"合谷"組比較,CRTmRNA表達(dá)率比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;"內(nèi)關(guān)"組與"郄門"組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:針刺手厥陰經(jīng)穴可有效促進(jìn)CRTmRNA的表達(dá),提高CRTmRNA的表達(dá)率,減輕胞漿鈣超載對(duì)心肌細(xì)胞的損傷。
[Abstract]:Methods Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, ischemia-reperfusion model group, acupuncture "Neiguan" treatment group, acupuncture "Ximen" treatment group and acupuncture "Hegu" control group.Except sham-operation group, all the other four groups were used to establish ischemia reperfusion animal model, sham-operation group perforated but did not ligate coronary artery. "The electrocardiogram (ECG) was monitored in the whole course of the experiment.Results: the expression of CRTmRNA in sham operation group was very low, and the expression rate of CRTmRNA in model group was significantly lower than that in "Neiguan" group and "Ximen" group.There was no significant difference in CRT mRNA expression between model group and Hegu group, but there was no significant difference between "Neiguan" group and "Ximen" group.
