【摘要】：總結(jié)朱宗元臨證具體思路與方法。診療模式主張中西醫(yī)結(jié)合,先辨病后辨證,辨病與辨證相結(jié)合。臨證思路分為三方面,衷中參西,即以中醫(yī)辨病辨證為主確立治法和處方,同時(shí)再參以現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)研究成果;執(zhí)西用中,即以現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)病因病理為入手點(diǎn),以中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)予以合理詮釋后再運(yùn)用中醫(yī)治法予以立法處方,其間時(shí)或采納中藥藥理研究成果以增強(qiáng)療效;中西合璧,即充分發(fā)揮中西醫(yī)兩套醫(yī)學(xué)體系的認(rèn)知方式、診療優(yōu)勢,甚至是互補(bǔ)結(jié)合,從而達(dá)到提升臨床療效的目標(biāo)。具體臨證方法可分為兩個(gè)過程,即組方(主方、藥組、輕劑)和調(diào)劑(調(diào)劑合治)。
[Abstract]:Summary of Zhu Zongyuan clinical practice specific ideas and methods.The thinking of clinical syndrome can be divided into three aspects, namely, the treatment method and prescription based on the differentiation of diseases and signs in TCM, and the research results of modern medicine in the same time, the cause and pathology of modern medicine as the starting point in the practice of western medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine should be interpreted reasonably before the legislative prescription is made by the Chinese medicine treatment method. During the process, the pharmacological research results of Chinese medicine may be adopted to enhance the curative effect; the combination of Chinese and Western medicine means giving full play to the cognitive mode of the two sets of medical systems of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The diagnosis and treatment superiority, even the complementary union, thus achieves the goal which enhances the clinical curative effect.The specific clinical methods can be divided into two processes, namely, the prescription (main prescription, drug group, light dosage) and the mixture (combination of prescription and treatment).
