【摘要】：目的:通過對比電針和普蘆卡必利治療慢性功能性便秘的臨床療效,來證明電針緩解慢性功能性便秘的近期療效不劣于普蘆卡必利,從而可以使電針治療慢性功能性便秘得到更好的推廣。方法:在青島海慈醫(yī)院針灸科門診招募72例慢性功能性便秘患者,經(jīng)篩選期合格后,用隨機數(shù)字表和中央隨機法將合格患者按1:1比例分別向試驗組(針灸組)和對照組(藥物組)隨機各分入36人進行治療,試驗組共治療4周并隨訪4周,對照組治療4周并隨訪4周,收集患者填寫的篩選期、治療期、隨訪期的排便日記卡,統(tǒng)計分析相關排便數(shù)據(jù),比較兩組方法治療慢性功能性便秘的臨床效果。結果:(1)試驗組(針灸組)4周治療期完全排盡感自主排便次數(shù)≥3次的人數(shù)不劣于對照組(藥物組),兩組患者治療期無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),兩組的近期療效相對接近。(2)試驗組(針灸組)4周隨訪期完全排盡感自主排便次數(shù)≥3次的人數(shù)不劣于對照組(藥物組),兩組患者治療期無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),兩組的治療期療效也相對接近,但分析針灸組患者隨訪期療效的持續(xù)性較優(yōu)于對照組患者。(3)試驗組(針灸組)的PAC-QOL便秘特異性生活質量評分要優(yōu)于對照組(藥物組),患者在治療前后有顯著性差異(P0.01)。(4)試驗組(針灸組)與對照組(藥物組)的有效率對比,P0.01,有顯著性差異,試驗組(針灸組)有效率高于對照組(藥物組)。結論:電針緩解慢性功能性便秘的近期療效不劣于普蘆卡必利,具有較好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and prucapride in the treatment of chronic functional constipation, and to prove that the short-term efficacy of electroacupuncture in relieving chronic functional constipation is not inferior to that of prucapride.So that electroacupuncture treatment of chronic functional constipation can be better promoted.Methods: 72 patients with chronic functional constipation were recruited in Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion, Qingdao Haici Hospital.The eligible patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (acupuncture group) and the control group (drug group) at 1:1 by random digital table and central random method. The patients in the experimental group were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks.The patients in the control group were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks.
