【摘要】：目的觀察運(yùn)用逐痰祛瘀固本法治療髕股關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法采用隨機(jī)對照方法,將60例髕股關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的患者分為治療組(和營逐痰固本湯組)與對照組(雙氯芬酸鈉緩釋片組)各30例,分別于治療前、治療4周后,記錄并比較兩組患者KSS上下樓梯功能評分、下蹲時膝前痛程度(VAS評分)及Lysholm膝關(guān)節(jié)評分。結(jié)果治療前后組內(nèi)比較,兩組的KSS、VAS、Lysholm水平均有明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。治療后組間比較,兩組在降低VAS水平方面療效相當(dāng)(P0.05),但治療組在提高KSS和Lysholm水平方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01,P0.05)。結(jié)論運(yùn)用逐痰祛瘀固本法治療髕股關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎療效滿意,可明顯改善患者的疼痛和關(guān)節(jié)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of treating patellofemoral osteoarthritis by removing phlegm and blood stasis.Methods 60 patients with patellofemoral osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) before and 4 weeks after treatment.The scores of KSS up and down stairs, the degree of anterior knee pain during squatting and the score of Lysholm knee joint were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results compared with before and after treatment, the levels of KSSV VASA Lysholm in the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01).Compared with the control group, the therapeutic effect of the two groups in reducing the level of VAS was similar to that in the control group, but the treatment group was superior to the control group in increasing the levels of KSS and Lysholm.Conclusion the treatment of patellofemoral osteoarthritis by removing phlegm and blood stasis is satisfactory and can obviously improve the pain and joint function of the patients.
