【摘要】：目的:研究妊娠中、晚期平和質(zhì)女性脈診信息特征。方法:以"中醫(yī)脈診信息采集及分析系統(tǒng)CIPD-1.0"采集妊娠中期、晚期平和質(zhì)女性的脈診信息,并與育齡期平和質(zhì)非妊娠女性比較。對(duì)所得結(jié)果預(yù)處理后,選擇連續(xù)的周期,通過諧波擬合建立提取特征參數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,共提取193參數(shù),通過有監(jiān)督學(xué)習(xí)分類判決-套索回歸(Lasso)挖掘脈診信息特征。結(jié)果:與育齡期平和質(zhì)非妊娠女性比較:妊娠期中、晚期脈診信息特征點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)"左寸相位5"及"左寸t5"和"左寸能量5","右尺相位2"和"右尺相位4"使用次數(shù)也較高;妊娠中期脈診信息特征點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)在"左寸t4"及"左寸相位5";妊娠晚期脈診信息特征點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)在"左寸相位5""左尺相位2""右尺相位2"和"左寸相位3"。與妊娠中期平和質(zhì)女性比較,妊娠晚脈診信息特征點(diǎn)差異主要在"右寸相位3""左寸能量4"和"右關(guān)相位3"。結(jié)論:妊娠中、晚期平和質(zhì)女性脈診特征點(diǎn)主要表現(xiàn)在左寸和雙尺,與心腎關(guān)系最為密切。妊娠中、晚期脈診信息有獨(dú)自的特征,且在妊娠期間有規(guī)律的變化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the characteristics of pulse diagnosis in women in late pregnancy.Methods: the pulse diagnosis information of women in the second and third trimester of pregnancy was collected by CIPD-1.0, and compared with that of normal and non-pregnant women of childbearing age.After preprocessing the obtained results, a mathematical model of extracting feature parameters is established by harmonic fitting, and 193 parameters are extracted, and pulse diagnosis information features are mined by supervised learning classification decision and lasso regression.Results: compared with non-pregnant women of childbearing age, "left inch phase 5", "left inch t5" and "left cun energy 5", "right ruler phase 2" and "right ruler phase 4" appeared in the late stage of pregnancy.In the second trimester of pregnancy, the feature points of pulse diagnosis appeared in "left cun t4" and "left cun phase 5", and in the third trimester of pregnancy, they appeared in "left inch phase 5", "left ulnar phase 2", "right ruler phase 2" and "left inch phase 3".Compared with moderate pregnant women, the difference of information characteristic points of late pregnancy pulse diagnosis was mainly in "right inch phase 3", "left inch energy 4" and "right turn phase 3".Conclusion: the characteristic points of pulse diagnosis in the late stage of pregnancy are mainly left inch and double ruler, which are most closely related to heart and kidney.In pregnancy, the late stage pulse diagnosis information has the individual characteristic, and has the regular change during the pregnancy.
