【摘要】：目的：本臨床試驗(yàn)采取隨機(jī)對(duì)照的方式,觀察火針結(jié)合艾灸治療穩(wěn)定期局限性白癜風(fēng)的臨床療效。方法：將納入的70例病例,隨機(jī)分成兩組,治療組35例采取“火針結(jié)合艾灸”療法；對(duì)照組35例采取外用“鹵米松乳膏”療法,兩組均以3個(gè)月為1個(gè)療程,1個(gè)療程結(jié)束后,對(duì)兩組療效進(jìn)行評(píng)定。依照《黃褐斑和白癜風(fēng)的診療標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》判定療效。對(duì)比兩組治療前后皮損面積、皮損色素分的變化,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析兩組的治療效果。以上觀察結(jié)果應(yīng)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：1、治療組與對(duì)照組的基線比較,分布均衡,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,具有可比性(P0.05)。2、綜合療效比較,治療組與對(duì)照組的總有效率無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)；但治療組的愈顯率優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。3、治療后兩組患者皮損復(fù)色面積組間比較有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01)。4、治療前后,兩組患者皮損面積組內(nèi)比較有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01)。5、治療后兩組患者皮損色素分比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。6、兩組在療程結(jié)束3個(gè)月后隨訪,其皮損復(fù)發(fā)率無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論：1、火針結(jié)合艾灸與鹵米松乳膏治療穩(wěn)定期局限性白癜風(fēng)均有較好療效。2、火針結(jié)合艾灸治療穩(wěn)定期局限性白癜風(fēng)在縮小皮損面積方面較鹵米松乳膏療效顯著。3、火針結(jié)合艾灸療法在治療穩(wěn)定期局限性白癜風(fēng)上療效顯著、安全可控、成本低廉、操作簡(jiǎn)便、不良反應(yīng)少,是對(duì)激素不良反應(yīng)的一種良好替代。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of stable local vitiligo.Methods: 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (35 cases) was treated with "fire acupuncture combined with moxibustion", the control group (35 cases) was treated with "halomasone cream", the two groups were treated with 3 months as a course of treatment and 1 course of treatment was completed.The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.According to the criteria for diagnosis and treatment of chloasma and vitiligo, the curative effect was evaluated.The changes of skin lesion area and pigment score before and after treatment were compared and the therapeutic effects were statistically analyzed.The above observation results were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results: compared with the control group, the baseline distribution of the treatment group was balanced and there was no statistical difference. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05), but the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups in the area of skin lesion color after treatment (P 0.01. 4). Before and after treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.ConclusionThe combination of fire needle and moxibustion and halomethasone cream has better curative effect on stable limited vitiligo. Fire needle combined with moxibustion has a better effect on reducing the area of skin lesion than halomethasone cream.The effect of fire acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy on the treatment of localized vitiligo in stable period is remarkable.Safe and controllable, low cost, simple operation and less adverse reaction, it is a good substitute for steroid adverse reaction.
