【摘要】：目的:本研究采用"平肝潛陽"針法治療肝陽上亢型血管性頭痛,觀察平肝潛陽針法的臨床療效。方法:將符合納入標準的60例肝陽上亢型血管性頭痛患者按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為兩組,即治療組(30例)和對照組(30例)。治療組采用"平肝潛陽"針法治療,每次留針50min,每天針刺1次,7天為1個療程,共治療3個療程;對照組患者采用常規(guī)針刺法治療,每次留針50min,每天針刺1次,7天為1個療程,共治療3個療程。對比治療組和對照組治療前后的頭痛積分、中醫(yī)證侯評分,評定平肝潛陽針法的臨床療效與優(yōu)勢。結(jié)果:1、兩組患者治療前后頭痛積分比較治療前后,兩組自身前后比較,P＜0.01,均有顯著差異,說明兩組頭痛治療方式均可取得顯著療效。治療前,兩組比較,P＞0.05,兩組無顯著性差異,具有可比性;治療后,兩組比較,P＜0.05,說明"平肝潛陽"針刺法治療明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺治療。2、兩組治療前后中醫(yī)證候評分比較治療前,兩組在中醫(yī)證候評分均無明顯差異,P＞0.05,具有可比性。治療后,兩組均明顯下降,P＜0.01,提示兩組治療效果都非常顯著;在頭痛發(fā)作次數(shù)和持續(xù)時間方面,兩組比較,P＞0.05,治療組和對照組無明顯差異;在伴隨癥狀和頭痛程度方面,兩組有顯著差異P＜0.05,所以在伴隨癥狀、頭痛程度上治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組。3、兩組中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率比較治療組和對照組中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率有顯著差異,P＜0.05,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:1、"平肝潛陽"針法治療肝陽上亢型血管性頭痛療效顯著,明顯緩解患者臨床癥狀。2、"平肝潛陽"針法在伴隨癥狀和頭痛程度方面明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of "calming the liver and Qianyang" acupuncture method in the treatment of vascular headache with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods: sixty patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang vascular headache were divided into two groups according to random digital table: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30).The treatment group was treated with "Pinggan Qianyang" acupuncture for 50 minutes, acupuncture once a day for 7 days as a course of treatment, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture for 50 minutes, acupuncture once a day for 7 days as a course of treatment, the control group was treated with routine acupuncture for 50 minutes, and acupuncture once a day for 7 days as a course of treatment.There were 3 courses of treatment.The headache score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between the treatment group and the control group, and the clinical efficacy and advantage of Pinggan Qianyang acupuncture were evaluated.Results there were significant differences in headache score between the two groups before and after treatment (P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups (P > 0.05), which was comparable.After treatment, both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.01), indicating that the effect of treatment in both groups was very significant, in terms of the frequency and duration of headache attack, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of the frequency and duration of headache attack, and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the accompanying symptoms and the degree of headache.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe acupuncture therapy of "calming the liver and burifying yang in the liver" is effective in the treatment of vascular headache with hyperactivity of liver-yang, and can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients. The acupuncture of "Pinggan Qianyang" is superior to the routine acupuncture group in concomitant symptoms and headache degree.
