【摘要】：目的:探討口炎清顆粒對頭頸部惡性腫瘤患者放療后放射性口腔黏膜炎的防治作用。方法:122例行放療的頭頸部惡性腫瘤患者隨機(jī)分為口炎清組(61例)和氯己定組(61例)。在放療的基礎(chǔ)上,口炎清組患者于放療前2~3 d給予口炎清顆粒20 g,溶于50 m L溫開水含服,每日2次;氯己定組患者于放療前2~3 d給予復(fù)方氯己定含漱液10~20 m L,含漱,每日2次。兩組療程均為7周。觀察兩組患者口腔黏膜炎反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況,視覺模擬(VAS)評分及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:放療第3周后口炎清組患者2~3級及放療第4~7周后2~4級口腔黏膜炎發(fā)生率均顯著低于氯己定組同期,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。放療第2~7周后,口炎清組患者VAS評分均顯著低于氯己定組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:口炎清顆粒可降低頭頸部惡性腫瘤患者放療后放射性口腔黏膜炎的反應(yīng)嚴(yán)重程度,減輕患者疼痛,改善患者生存質(zhì)量,且安全性與氯己定相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of stomatitis Qing granule on radiation oral mucositis after radiotherapy in patients with head and neck malignant tumor. Methods: 122 patients with head and neck malignant tumor were randomly divided into stomatitis control group (n = 61) and chlorhexidine group (n = 61). On the basis of radiotherapy, The patients in the stomatitis control group were given oral tonifying granule 20 g, dissolved in 50 mL warm boiled water, twice daily, and those in the chlorhexidine group were given compound chlorhexidine gargle 1020 mL, 23 days before radiotherapy, and the patients in the chlorhexidine group received 10 20 mL of compound chlorhexidine gargle 3 days before radiotherapy, and the patients in the chlorhexidine group received 10 20 mL of compound chlorhexidine gargle. Two times a day. The course of treatment was 7 weeks. The occurrence of oral mucositis in the two groups was observed. Results: the incidences of oral mucositis in the oral inflammation group after 3 weeks of radiotherapy were significantly lower than those in the chlorhexidine group. After 2 weeks of radiotherapy, the VAS scores of the patients with stomatitis were significantly lower than those of the chlorhexidine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: the oral mucositis of patients with malignant tumor of head and neck after radiotherapy can reduce the severity of radiation oral mucositis, relieve the pain of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and the safety of oral mucositis is similar to that of chlorhexidine.
