【摘要】：目的:研究分析肺癌患者中醫(yī)體質及中醫(yī)辨證分型與臨床TNM分期及病理類型之間的關系,為臨床診療提供依據(jù)。方法:選取肺癌患者200例,根據(jù)患者的中醫(yī)體質及中醫(yī)辨證分型對患者進行統(tǒng)計整理,同時收集整理全部患者的臨床TNM分期及病理類型,并分析總結中醫(yī)體質及中醫(yī)辨證分型與臨床TNM分期及病理類型之間的關系。結果:肺癌患者中醫(yī)體質與TNM分期的研究中,Ⅰ期患者量少,以平和質、氣虛質、痰濕質為主,Ⅱ期患者以痰濕質、濕熱質為主,Ⅲ期患者以陽虛質為主,其次為氣虛質、陰虛質,Ⅳ期患者主要為陰虛質、氣虛質和氣郁質,通過應用Fisher確切概率法檢驗,中醫(yī)體質與TNM分期之間具有一定的統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);肺癌患者中醫(yī)辨證分型與TNM分期的研究中,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者均以氣虛痰濕證為主,Ⅱ期患者其次為陰虛熱毒證,Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者均以氣陰兩虛證為主,其次為陰虛熱毒證、氣血瘀滯證。通過應用Fisher確切概率法檢驗,中醫(yī)辨證分型與TNM分期之間具有一定的統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),中醫(yī)體質與病理類型之間、中醫(yī)辨證分型與病理類型之間無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:肺癌患者的中醫(yī)體質及中醫(yī)辨證分型與臨床TNM分期之間具有一定的相關性,但是中醫(yī)體質及中醫(yī)辨證分型與其病理類型之間無明確的相關性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the relationship between TCM constitution, TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical TNM staging and pathological type of lung cancer patients. Methods: 200 patients with lung cancer were selected. According to the TCM constitution and TCM syndrome differentiation classification, the patients were collected and sorted out all the clinical TNM stages and pathological types. The relationship between TCM constitution, TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical TNM staging and pathological type was analyzed and summarized. Results: in the study of TCM constitution and TNM staging of lung cancer patients, the number of patients in stage I was small, and the main factors were mild quality, deficiency of qi, phlegm and dampness.
