【摘要】：本研究采用針刺的方式治療抗精神分裂癥藥物引起的心肌缺血,以心肌肌鈣蛋白及心電圖改變作為觀察指標(biāo),以此評(píng)價(jià)針刺相關(guān)穴位治療抗精神分裂癥藥物引起的心肌缺血的療效,尋找治療抗精神分裂癥藥物引起的心肌缺血的最佳方法,為豐富針刺治療疾病的方法提供思路。方法：根據(jù)心肌缺血診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及心電圖檢查結(jié)果,收集南京市青龍山精神病院1-20病區(qū)2014年-2015年收治的精神病人中服用抗精神分裂癥藥物后出現(xiàn)心肌缺血的患者58人,根據(jù)數(shù)字隨機(jī)表按1：1的比例,將患者隨機(jī)分為治療組28例,對(duì)照組30例。對(duì)照組僅給予藥物對(duì)癥治療,治療組給予藥物對(duì)癥治療結(jié)合針刺治療。針刺方法為：隔日行針1次,每次30min,20d為1療程,間隔10d后進(jìn)行第2療程。治療前后,對(duì)患者臨床主要癥狀評(píng)分,心電圖情況,肌鈣蛋白情況進(jìn)行對(duì)照觀察。結(jié)果：1.兩組患者治療前和第1療程后臨床癥狀自評(píng)分比較均無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)；第2療程治療后,治療組得分較對(duì)照組顯著降低(P0.05)；兩組患者得分在治療前、第1療程后和第2療程后得分比較有顯著性(P0.05),且得分有降低的趨勢(shì)。2.兩組患者治療前、第1療程后2個(gè)時(shí)點(diǎn)上T波改變總值(∑T)比較均無(wú)差異(P0.05),到第2療程后時(shí),治療組ET較對(duì)照組出現(xiàn)顯著性差異(P0.05)；對(duì)于治療組,治療前、第1療程后和第2療程后3個(gè)時(shí)點(diǎn)之間比較∑T有顯著性差異(P0.05),而對(duì)照組則無(wú)差異。3.兩組患者治療前肌鈣蛋白含量比較無(wú)差異(P0.05)；第1療程后,治療組CTnT較對(duì)照組已有差異(P0.05),到第2療程后時(shí),治療組CTnT較對(duì)照組有顯著降低(P0.05)；對(duì)于治療組,治療前、第1療程后和第2療程后肌鈣蛋白含量組內(nèi)比較有顯著降低(P0.05),而對(duì)照組無(wú)明顯差異,但有降低趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論：應(yīng)用藥物結(jié)合針刺治療抗精神分裂癥藥物引起的心肌缺血的方法安全有效,其總體療效優(yōu)于單純藥物一般對(duì)癥治療。
[Abstract]:In this study, acupuncture was used to treat myocardial ischemia induced by antipsychotic drugs. The changes of cardiac troponin and electrocardiogram were used as indexes.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on myocardial ischemia induced by antipsychotic drugs, to find the best method for treating myocardial ischemia caused by antipsychotic drugs, and to provide ideas for enriching the methods of acupuncture in treating diseases.Methods: according to the diagnostic criteria of myocardial ischemia and the results of electrocardiogram examination, 58 patients with myocardial ischemia were collected from 2014 to 2015 in Qinglongshan Psychiatric Hospital from 2014 to 2015.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and control group (n = 30).The control group was only treated with drug therapy and the treatment group with acupuncture therapy.The method of acupuncture was as follows: acupuncture was given once every other day, 30 minutes and 20 days each time as a course of treatment, and the second course of treatment was carried out after the interval of 10 days.Before and after treatment, the main clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram and troponin were observed.The result is 1: 1.There was no significant difference in the self-score of clinical symptoms between the two groups before treatment and after the first course of treatment, and after the second course of treatment, the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group.The scores after the first course of treatment and after the second course of treatment were significantly higher than that after the second course of treatment, and the score showed a tendency of decreasing.Before and after the first course of treatment, there was no difference in the total value of T wave change (鈭，
