【摘要】：目的研究肺系病急重癥治療中通腑調(diào)肺法的應(yīng)用效果。方法肺系病急重癥患者94例隨機(jī)分為2組。常規(guī)組采用常規(guī)方法治療,通腑調(diào)肺組在常規(guī)組基礎(chǔ)上增加通腑調(diào)肺法治療。比較兩組患者治療總有效率、癥狀緩解時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、治療前和治療14 d肺部感染評(píng)分、中醫(yī)證候積分、多臟器功能障礙評(píng)分的差異。結(jié)果通腑調(diào)肺組治療總有效率顯著高于常規(guī)組(P0.05);癥狀緩解時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間短于常規(guī)組(P0.05);治療前兩組肺部感染評(píng)分、中醫(yī)證候積分、多臟器功能障礙評(píng)分無差異(P0.05);治療14 d通腑調(diào)肺組相較于常規(guī)組肺各項(xiàng)評(píng)分改善更顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論通腑調(diào)肺法治療肺系病急重癥效果確切,可有效改善患者臨床癥狀,減輕肺部感染和臟器功能障礙,縮短住院時(shí)間,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of the method of regulating the lung through the Fu organs in the treatment of acute and severe disease of lung system.Methods 94 patients with acute and severe pulmonary diseases were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group was treated with routine method, and the group of regulating lung with Fu and regulating lung was increased on the basis of routine group.The total effective rate, symptom remission time, hospitalization time, pulmonary infection score, TCM syndromes score and multiple organ dysfunction score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results the total effective rate of the Tongfu regulating lung group was significantly higher than that of the routine group (P0.05A), the symptom relief time and the hospitalization time were shorter than that of the routine group P0.05.The pulmonary infection score and TCM syndromes score of the two groups before treatment were significantly higher than those in the routine group.There was no difference in the scores of multiple organ dysfunction (P 0.05), and the improvement of lung scores in the control group was more significant than that in the control group on the 14th day after treatment (P 0.05).Conclusion Tongfu regulating lung therapy is effective in treating acute and severe pulmonary diseases, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, alleviate pulmonary infection and organ dysfunction, shorten hospital stay and be worth popularizing.
