【摘要】：目的:研究加味通幽湯治療血瘀氣滯型老年性功能性便秘的臨床療效,并從理論上探討其機(jī)理。方法:將60例納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的老年功能性便秘患者隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對照組,兩組各30例,試驗(yàn)組予以加味通幽湯治療,對照組予以福松治療,兩組療程均為4周,4周后觀察兩組治療前后總有效率、主要癥狀改善情況及安全性等指標(biāo),并做出評價。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組總有效率為93.33%,高于對照組的86.67%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,兩組總體療效無顯著性差異(P0.05),說明試驗(yàn)組與對照組對于本病的總體治療效果相近。兩組治療前后癥狀總積分比較均具有顯著性差異,P0.001,說明兩組均具有明顯的治療效果。但在單項(xiàng)癥狀積分比較中表明:試驗(yàn)組在對患者噯氣、腹脹及舌象、脈象等癥狀的改善上優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:加味通幽湯對治療血瘀氣滯型老年性功能性便秘療效確切,值得在臨床中辨證使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Jiawei Tongyou decoction on senile functional constipation with blood stasis and qi stagnation, and to explore its mechanism theoretically. Methods: 60 cases of senile functional constipation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 30 cases in each group were treated with Jiawei Tongyou decoction, while the control group were treated with Fosson. The total effective rate, main symptom improvement and safety were observed after 4 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment in both groups. Results: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33, which was higher than that of the control group (86.67). There was no significant difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups (P 0.05), which indicated that the total therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar to that of the control group. There was a significant difference in the total score of symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.001), which indicated that the two groups had obvious treatment. But in the comparison of individual symptom scores, the results showed that the trial group was belching the patients, Conclusion: Jiawei Tongyou decoction is effective in the treatment of senile functional constipation with blood stasis and qi stagnation, and is worthy to be used in clinic.
