【摘要】：目的:觀察針刺聯(lián)合肌內(nèi)效貼治療周圍性面神經(jīng)炎的臨床療效。方法:將80例周圍性面神經(jīng)炎患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組(針刺聯(lián)合肌內(nèi)效貼組)和對(duì)照組(單純針刺組),兩組患者均接受常規(guī)藥物治療。兩組患者治療前,治療后2周、4周采用House-Brackmann面神經(jīng)分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予評(píng)定,并在治療前后采用中文版FaCE量表評(píng)價(jià)面神經(jīng)麻痹患者的生存質(zhì)量。結(jié)果:治療后2周、4周,兩組House-Brackmann評(píng)分均較治療前改善(P0.05),且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療4周后兩組FaCE量表比較,兩組評(píng)分均較治療前提高,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05),與對(duì)照組相比,治療組對(duì)于改善面部運(yùn)動(dòng)、面部感覺(jué)、口腔功能、淚液分泌、社會(huì)功能等方面療效更為明顯(P0.05),對(duì)于改善眼睛感覺(jué),治療組與對(duì)照組療效相當(dāng),差異無(wú)顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針刺聯(lián)合肌內(nèi)效貼能進(jìn)一步改善患者面神經(jīng)功能,提高患者生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with intramuscular patch in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis. Methods: 80 patients with peripheral facial neuritis were randomly divided into treatment group (acupuncture combined with intramuscular patch group) and control group. (simple acupuncture group, both groups received routine drug treatment. Before treatment, the two groups of patients, The quality of life of the patients with facial paralysis was evaluated with the Chinese version of FaCE scale before and after 2 weeks of treatment. Results: after 2 weeks of treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, the patients were evaluated with the Chinese version of the FaCE scale, and the quality of life of the patients with facial paralysis was evaluated by the Chinese version before and after treatment. The House-Brackmann scores of the two groups were better than those of the control group (P 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of FaCE in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was significant (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group could improve facial motility. The effects of facial sensation, oral function, tear secretion, social function and so on were more obvious than that of P0.05. the curative effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group for improving the perception of the eyes. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with intramuscular plaster can further improve the facial nerve function and improve the quality of life of the patients.
