【摘要】：目的:觀察頸部保健操配合中藥蠟療治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病血瘀氣滯證的臨床療效。方法:選取2014年1—12月在本院針灸科治療的神經(jīng)根型頸椎病血瘀氣滯證患者180例,按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組,每組90例。觀察組患者1例中途因出差退出。對照組給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)對癥治療,觀察組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予頸部保健操加中藥蠟療治療。結(jié)果:觀察組有效率為97.75%,對照組有效率為90.00%,觀察組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);觀察組平均住院費用、平均住院時間、滿意度均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:頸部保健操配合中藥蠟療治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病血瘀氣滯證臨床療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of cervical exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy on blood stasis and qi stagnation of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods: 180 cases of syndrome of blood stasis and qi stagnation of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type treated in acupuncture and moxibustion department of our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected. According to the random digital table method, the patients were divided into observation group (n = 90) and control group (n = 90). Results: the effective rate of the observation group was 97.75 and the effective rate of the control group was 90.000.The observation group was superior to the control group (P 0.05), the average hospitalization cost and the average hospitalization time of the observation group were better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of cervical exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy for cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type blood stasis qi stagnation syndrome clinical curative effect is remarkable.
