【摘要】：目的:觀察疏風(fēng)解毒膠囊治療流行性角結(jié)膜炎的臨床療效。方法:收集2015年6月-2015年12月哈爾濱市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院收治的84例流行性角膜炎患者為研究對象,將其隨機(jī)分為對照組與觀察組,對照組給予常規(guī)西藥治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合疏風(fēng)解毒膠囊治療,觀察兩組患者治療前后癥狀、體征積分變化情況、治愈時間,評價臨床治療效果。結(jié)果:治療前,兩組癥狀、體征積分比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;治療后,觀察組癥狀、體征積分為(8.61±2.11)分,對照組癥狀、體征積分為(15.11±2.67)分,兩組積分差異比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組總有效率(92.65%)高于對照組總有效率(81.16%)(P0.05);觀察組平均治愈時間為(5.18±1.24)d,對照組平均治愈時間為(8.15±1.14)d,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:疏風(fēng)解毒膠囊聯(lián)合西藥治療流行性角結(jié)膜炎的臨床療效顯著,能加快臨床恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Shufeng jiedu capsule on epidemic keratoconjunctivitis. Methods: 84 cases of epidemic keratitis treated in Harbin traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2015 to December 2015 were collected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was treated with routine western medicine, the observation group was treated with Shufeng jiedu capsule on the basis of control group, and the changes of symptoms, signs, integral and cure time were observed before and after treatment. Results: before treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were 8.61 鹵2.11) and those in the control group were 15.11 鹵2.67, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.65) higher than that in the control group (81.16) and the average cure time was 5.18 鹵1.24 days in the observation group and 8.15 鹵1.14 days in the control group. Conclusion: Shufeng jiedu capsule combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis and can accelerate the clinical recovery.
