【摘要】：目的:探討龍珠軟膏聯(lián)合利福平外用促進肛瘺術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合的臨床療效。方法:在符合低位肛瘺納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例中選擇60例病患,30例應(yīng)用龍珠軟膏聯(lián)合利福平外用,設(shè)置為治療組,30例術(shù)后應(yīng)用肛泰軟膏外用設(shè)置為對照組,兩組均以14天為一個療程,結(jié)合術(shù)后21天隨訪,對比兩組實驗數(shù)據(jù)觀察評定治療效果。結(jié)果:經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,治療組30例患者治療后,術(shù)后第2d、7d在減輕疼痛方面效果較好,在第14d、第21d效果不明顯;術(shù)后第7d、14d、21d內(nèi)在減少創(chuàng)面分泌物及促進肉芽生長方面效果優(yōu)于肛泰軟膏;在創(chuàng)面愈合時間方面,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:龍珠軟膏聯(lián)合利福平外用在減輕術(shù)后疼痛、減少分泌物、促進肉芽生長及縮短創(chuàng)面愈合時間方面有較好的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of Longzhu ointment combined with rifampicin in promoting wound healing after anal fistula operation. Methods: among 60 patients with low anal fistula, 30 patients were treated with Longzhu ointment combined with rifampicin for external use. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with anal Tai ointment for external use as the control group. Both groups were treated with 14 days as a course of treatment, followed up 21 days after operation, and compared with the experimental data of the two groups to observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: the therapeutic effect was evaluated by statistical analysis. In the treatment group of 30 patients, the effect of pain relief was better on the 2nd day after operation than on the 14th day and the 21st day after operation, and the effect of reducing wound secretion and promoting the growth of granulation was better than that of Zhantai ointment on the 7th day and the 14th day after operation, and on the 21st day after operation, the effect was better than that of Zhantai ointment in promoting the growth of granulation. Conclusion: Longzhu ointment combined with rifampicin has a better effect on relieving postoperative pain, reducing secretion, promoting granulation growth and shortening wound healing time.
