【摘要】：目的:觀察頭針巨刺法治療中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動性失語和非巨刺法針刺的療效,比較兩種方法的療效差異和優(yōu)勢,并進(jìn)行分析、判定,初步闡明頭針巨刺法治療運(yùn)動性失語的機(jī)理,為臨床治療運(yùn)動性失語提供新的方法。方法:本課題選60例中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動性失語患者作為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為兩組進(jìn)行對照觀察治療,各30例。治療組選穴:健側(cè)頭部言語一區(qū),百會穴、四神聰、啞門、廉泉,伴隨上下肢常規(guī)穴位;對照組選穴:患側(cè)頭部言語一區(qū),其余同治療組。兩組每日治療1次,連續(xù)10天,休息1天,10天為1療程,治療3個(gè)療程觀察療效。結(jié)果:治療組中,痊愈5例,顯效13例,進(jìn)步9例,無效3例,臨床總有效率為90.0%;對照組痊愈2例,顯效7例,進(jìn)步13例,無效8例,臨床總有效率為73.33%。結(jié)果經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析P0.05,有顯著性差異,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組治療效果優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:頭針巨刺療法治療中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動性失語與非巨刺療法均有療效,相比之下,頭針巨刺法改善言語功能效果更明顯,療效更好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture on motor aphasia after stroke, to compare the difference and advantage of the two methods, and to analyze and judge the mechanism of scalp acupuncture for motor aphasia. Methods: 60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Baihui acupoint, Sishengcong, Yimen, Lianquan, with normal acupoints of upper and lower limbs; control group: head speech area of the affected side, the other treatment group. The two groups were treated once a day for 10 days, rest for 10 days as a course of treatment. Results: in the treatment group, 5 cases were cured, 13 cases were marked effect, 9 cases were improved, 3 cases were ineffective, the total clinical effective rate was 90.0%, while in the control group, 2 cases were cured, 7 cases were significantly improved, 13 cases were improved, 8 cases were ineffective. Results the total effective rate was 73.33. Results there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the scalp acupuncture giant prick therapy is effective in treating motor aphasia after stroke and non-giant prick therapy. In contrast, the scalp acupuncture method improved speech function more obviously, the effect is better.
