【摘要】：目的探討益氣養(yǎng)陰法對老年原發(fā)性支氣管肺癌的治療效果。方法 50例老年肺癌確診病例隨機分為治療組和對照組各25例。治療組采用益氣養(yǎng)陰中藥加西醫(yī)綜合治療,對照組采用單純西醫(yī)治療,6個月后進(jìn)行療效和不良反應(yīng)評價。應(yīng)用肺癌瘤體療效評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、肺癌癥狀分級、生存質(zhì)量評分表及中醫(yī)證候療效評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評估益氣養(yǎng)陰中藥對老年肺癌的作用。結(jié)果治療組總有效率(48%)與對照組(36%)無明顯差異(P0.05),治療組咳嗽、乏力等癥狀改善明顯(P0.05),生活質(zhì)量分值和中醫(yī)證候評分略有提高(P0.05),且部分不良反應(yīng)較對照組明顯輕(P0.05)。結(jié)論益氣養(yǎng)陰法對老年肺癌近期癌體具有一定的療效,能顯著改善中醫(yī)證候表現(xiàn),改善癥狀,提高生存質(zhì)量,同時可以緩解部分不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin on primary bronchial lung cancer in the elderly. Methods 50 cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine alone, and the curative effect and adverse reaction were evaluated after 6 months. To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for supplementing qi and nourishing yin on elderly lung cancer. Results there was no significant difference in total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05), and the cough in the treatment group was not significantly different from that in the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05). The symptoms such as fatigue were improved obviously (P 0.05), the score of quality of life and the score of TCM syndromes were improved slightly, and some side effects were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion the method of nourishing qi and nourishing yin has a certain curative effect on the cancer body of lung cancer in the elderly in the near future. It can significantly improve the symptoms and symptoms of TCM, improve the quality of life, and alleviate some adverse reactions at the same time.
