【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)系統(tǒng)分析針灸治療胃輕癱的現(xiàn)代期刊類文獻(xiàn),探索本病的腧穴優(yōu)選與配伍規(guī)律。方法:收集針灸治療胃輕癱的現(xiàn)代期刊類臨床文獻(xiàn)(糖尿病胃輕癱、術(shù)后胃輕癱和具有胃輕癱主癥的疾病),對(duì)符合條件的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的處理。將處理后的數(shù)據(jù)輸入到中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)中進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,分析針灸治療胃輕癱的腧穴、經(jīng)絡(luò)、部位、特定穴優(yōu)選規(guī)律及配伍特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:綜合胃輕癱的三個(gè)分型,其腧穴使用和配伍特點(diǎn)具有較高的一致性。在腧穴優(yōu)選方面看,腧穴使用頻次居于前五位的是足三里、中脘、內(nèi)關(guān)、天樞、三陰交;經(jīng)絡(luò)使用頻率較高的是胃經(jīng)、任脈手厥陰心包經(jīng);腧穴所屬部位主要為下肢和胸腹部;特定穴主要是五輸穴、募穴、下合穴和八會(huì)穴出現(xiàn)頻率較高。在腧穴配伍特點(diǎn)方面看,按部位配伍主要是上下配穴、遠(yuǎn)近配穴、前后配穴;按經(jīng)配伍主要體現(xiàn)循經(jīng)配穴和交會(huì)經(jīng)配穴;特定穴配穴法主要體現(xiàn)了合募配穴、八會(huì)穴配穴、下合穴配穴。結(jié)論:針灸治療胃輕癱在選穴方面具有集中性和規(guī)律性,因此具備穴位優(yōu)選價(jià)值。綜合胃輕癱的三個(gè)分型,其腧穴使用和配伍特點(diǎn)具有較高的一致性。從糖尿病胃輕癱、術(shù)后胃輕癱和具備胃輕癱癥狀的疾病得出的數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果大體一致,體現(xiàn)了中醫(yī)對(duì)癥治療的可行性。足三里和中脘具有相同主治作用,且針對(duì)胃輕癱疾病具有較好的療效,且為最核心的配伍組合,因此合募配穴可以運(yùn)用到胃輕癱疾病的治療中。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the acupuncture treatment of gastroparesis in Modern Journal of literature by applying data mining technology system, to explore the disease optimization and compatibility law of acupoints. Methods: collected acupuncture treatment of gastroparesis in modern clinical literature periodicals (diabetic gastroparesis, postoperative gastroparesis and gastroparesis with main symptoms of the disease) for data standardization processing, in accordance with the terms of the document. The processed data is input to the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform for data mining, analysis of acupoints, acupuncture treatment of gastroparesis meridian, site specific points selection rules and compatibility features. Results: three comprehensive gastroparesis type, consistency the acupoint use and has high compatibility characteristics. In terms of selecting acupoints, acupoints on the use frequency of the first five are living in Zusanli, Neiguan, Zhongwan, Tianshu, Sanyinjiao; the use of high frequency is the stomach meridian, the pericardium meridian acupoints; The point mainly located in lower limbs and chest and abdomen; the specific points are mainly five transport points, alarm points, and eight points lower confluent point of high frequency. In the aspect of acupoints compatibility characteristics, according to the site compatibility is mainly on the coordination of acupoints, distal acupoints, acupoints according to the compatibility and mainly follow; the acupoints and rendezvous with acupuncture point; specific acupoints acupoints mainly reflects the Mu points, eight points, under the combined points. Conclusion: acupuncture treatment of gastroparesis in the selection of points with focus and regularity, so it has preferable value. Three point comprehensive gastroparesis the type, the consistency of acupoint use and has high compatibility characteristics. From diabetic gastroparesis, postoperative gastroparesis and with gastroparesis symptoms of the disease that the data analysis results are consistent, reflecting the feasibility of TCM symptomatic treatment. Zusanli and Zhongwan has the same therapeutic effect, and in the light of stomach paralysis The disease has good curative effect, and it is the most core combination, so the combination of acupoints can be used in the treatment of gastroparesis.
