【摘要】：目的觀察中醫(yī)滋補(bǔ)肝腎方藥強(qiáng)筋壯骨祛風(fēng)合劑治療老年原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥的臨床療效。方法采用隨機(jī)對照方法,將100例老年原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者隨機(jī)分成對照組和治療組,每組各50例;對照組給予基礎(chǔ)鈣、維生素D治療,口服碳酸鈣D3咀嚼片和骨化三醇膠丸,療程為6個月;治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用強(qiáng)筋壯骨祛風(fēng)合劑,療程為6個月。觀察治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)癥候評分變化,比較骨痛評分,檢測跟骨骨密度(BMD)。結(jié)果治療組患者中醫(yī)證候總有效率顯著高于對照組(P0.05),對照組和治療組治療后患者骨痛癥狀均有所減輕,且治療組效果強(qiáng)于對照組;兩組治療后跟骨BMD均有所上升,與治療前比較差異顯著(P0.05),治療組與對照組治療后差異不顯著。結(jié)論與基礎(chǔ)鈣、維生素D治療基礎(chǔ)上加用強(qiáng)筋壯骨祛風(fēng)合劑可以改善患者中醫(yī)證候、減輕骨痛癥狀,對升高BMD也有一定療效。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing liver and kidney strong gluten zhuangguqufengmisture treatment of senile primary osteoporosis. Methods a randomized control method, 100 cases of elderly patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 50 cases in each group; the control group was given basic calcium, vitamin D treatment oral calcium carbonate chewable tablets, D3 and Calcitriol Soft Capsules, 6 months for a course of treatment; the treatment group in the control group based on the use of strong gluten zhuangguqufengmisture, treatment for 6 months. The changes of TCM syndrome score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment, compare the pain score, bone density testing (BMD) results in the treatment group. The syndromes of patients with the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), the control group and the treatment group after treatment in patients with pain symptoms were mitigated, and the effect of the treatment group than in control group; the two groups after treatment of calcaneal BMD have risen, and before treatment Significant difference (P0.05), treatment group and control group after treatment had no significant difference. Conclusion and basis of calcium, vitamin D treatment combined with strong gluten zhuangguqufengmisture can improve TCM syndrome of patients, relieve pain symptoms, also have a certain effect on the increase of BMD.
