【摘要】：文章圍繞國醫(yī)大師郭子光從"四逆散"方證闡述"厥陰少陽為樞"理論的全貌,并以臨床案例說明,領悟名師經(jīng)驗,以臨證為主體,總結分析郭子光四逆散方一方化生多變之精華。通過闡述郭子光從中醫(yī)經(jīng)典角度認識四逆散的歸經(jīng)、病機及組方,并列舉四逆散化裁治療非少陽證之老年睪丸疼痛、無石腎絞痛兩則臨床案例以強調(diào)"厥陰少陽為樞"之病以"和法"為治則,重視證候變化,病證結合,隨證治之。避免了四逆散在臨床應用中的無證可辨,保證了四逆散療效的確定性。
[Abstract]:Based on Guo Ziguang, a master of Chinese medicine, this paper expounds the whole picture of the theory of "Jueyin Shao Yang Pivot" from the "Sini San" formula, and explains it with clinical cases, comprehending the experience of famous teachers, and taking clinical syndrome as the main body. This paper summarizes and analyzes the essence of Guoziguang Sinisan prescription which is changeable and changeable. By expounding Guo Ziguang's understanding of Sini San's meridian, pathogenesis and prescription from the classical point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, and enumerating the treatment of senile testicular pain of non-Shaoyang syndrome by Sini San, In two clinical cases of renal colic without stone, the principle of "harmony method" was emphasized for the disease of "Jueyin Shaoyang armature", and the change of syndromes, the combination of disease and syndrome, and the combination of syndrome and syndrome were emphasized, which avoided the syndrome differentiation of Sinisan in clinical application. Ensure the certainty of the curative effect of Sini San.
