【摘要】：目的:繼承與研究盧尚嶺教授應用中醫(yī)藥從肝論治冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的學術(shù)思想及臨床經(jīng)驗,對盧尚嶺從肝論治穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的原理、治法、方藥及用藥特點進行系統(tǒng)研究總結(jié)。方法:本項研究通過采集與整理盧尚嶺教授臨床病例、查閱既往文獻、歸納相關(guān)診療信息,統(tǒng)計、分析臨床數(shù)據(jù)的方法,闡述盧尚嶺教授從肝論治冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的具體臨床經(jīng)驗、有效治療原則與處方用藥規(guī)律。結(jié)果:盧尚嶺教授指出冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的病機關(guān)鍵在于心氣虧虛與肝用失調(diào)、肝不主筋脈相合致病,為發(fā)病之本;氣滯、痰濁、瘀血、熱毒等內(nèi)生之邪做為新的致病因素乘虛侵犯心脈,促進病程進展,為發(fā)病之標,;治以益心調(diào)肝法為本,輔以行氣活血、化痰逐瘀、清熱解毒等。益心調(diào)肝法為治療本病之大法,應貫穿于整個辯證論治之始終,益心調(diào)肝思想在中醫(yī)藥防治冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛中的運用,應得到足夠重視。
[Abstract]:Objective: to inherit and study Professor Lu Shangling's academic thought and clinical experience in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by using traditional Chinese medicine to treat stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: by collecting and sorting out the clinical cases of Professor Lu Shangling, consulting the past literature, summarizing the relevant diagnosis and treatment information, statistics, and analyzing the clinical data, The clinical experience of Professor Lu Shangling in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from the viewpoint of liver is expounded. Results: professor Lu Shangling pointed out that the key to the pathogenesis of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease lies in the maladjustment of deficiency of heart qi and liver, the combination of liver and veins, which is the root of the disease; Qi stagnation, phlegm turbidity, blood stasis, As a new pathogenic factor, heat toxin invades the heart, promotes the progress of the course of disease, and is the standard of the disease. The treatment is based on the method of benefiting the heart and regulating the liver, supplemented by the method of promoting qi and promoting blood circulation, removing phlegm and removing blood stasis, and clearing away heat and detoxification. The method of benefiting the heart and regulating the liver is the great method for the treatment of this disease. The application of the thought of benefiting the heart and regulating the liver in the prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease should be paid enough attention to.
