【摘要】：研究背景：馬云枝,主任醫(yī)師,博士研究生導(dǎo)師,國家二級教授,第五批全國名老中醫(yī)藥專家學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)繼承工作指導(dǎo)老師,河南省首屆名中醫(yī),省管優(yōu)秀專家,并先后被評為河南省勞動(dòng)模范和優(yōu)秀科技工作者。導(dǎo)師馬云枝教授勤求古訓(xùn),博采眾方,中西貫通,兼收并蓄,學(xué)驗(yàn)俱豐,從事中西醫(yī)結(jié)合腦病臨床、科研和教學(xué)工作40余年,善采用中西并重的方法治療帕金森病、癡呆、中風(fēng)等疑難疾病,其在治療帕金森病方面尤其有獨(dú)到見解。馬老師認(rèn)為帕金森病病位在筋脈,病本在肝脾腎,以風(fēng)陽擾動(dòng)為患,然“百病皆由痰作祟”,提出從“上焦宣肺、中焦健脾、下焦溫腎”論治帕金森病屬痰證的學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)。目的：通過系統(tǒng)整理、總結(jié)和研究馬云枝教授從痰論治帕金森病的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)和醫(yī)案,探討總結(jié)其學(xué)術(shù)思想及精華,使名老中醫(yī)的學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及思想得以發(fā)揚(yáng),薪火傳承,讓治療顫證理論更好的掌握,更容易接受,為患者減輕或解除病痛,其學(xué)術(shù)思想對臨床工作的指導(dǎo)具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。方法：通過檢索馬老師治療顫證相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和師兄師姐對馬老師治療顫證經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)相關(guān)論文,查閱搜集導(dǎo)師有關(guān)顫證學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告、論著、講稿、醫(yī)案、醫(yī)話等資料；通過跟師侍診、查房,收集顫證醫(yī)案、查房記錄；定期舉行師門學(xué)術(shù)交流,探討馬老師治療顫證心得體會(huì),通過歸納整理,對導(dǎo)師從痰論治顫證的病因病機(jī)、臨床兼證、辯證論治、治法方藥等進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)馬老師從痰論治顫證理法方藥規(guī)律,豐富導(dǎo)師治療顫證的理論觀點(diǎn)和學(xué)術(shù)思想。結(jié)果：本論文主要從前言、小傳、概論、歷代醫(yī)家對顫證的認(rèn)識、馬云枝教授從痰論治帕金森病的認(rèn)識和學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、遣方用藥規(guī)律、典型醫(yī)案等十個(gè)部分系統(tǒng)闡述,并系統(tǒng)總結(jié)出馬云枝教授從痰論治帕金森病的學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Background: Ma Yunzhi, chief physician, doctoral supervisor, national second class professor, fifth batch of old Chinese medicine experts in China, the first famous traditional Chinese medicine in Henan Province, the excellent expert in provincial management, Professor Ma Yunzhi, a tutor, has been regarded as a model worker and an excellent scientific worker in Henan Province. His tutor, Professor Ma Yunzhi, has sought ancient training, learned from all sides of the country, and learned from both Chinese and Western languages. He has been engaged in the clinical, scientific research and teaching work of integrated Chinese and western medicine in encephalopathy for more than 40 years. Good at treating Parkinson's disease, dementia, apoplexy and other difficult diseases with both Chinese and Western approaches, which has a unique view in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Teacher Ma believes that Parkinson's disease is located in the veins of the tendons, and that the disease is based on the liver, spleen and kidney, with wind and yang disturbance as the disease. However, "all diseases are caused by phlegm", this paper puts forward the academic viewpoint of treating Parkinson's disease as phlegm syndrome from "upper Jiao Xuan Lung, medium Jiao Jianpi, Lower Jiao Wenshen". To sum up and study Professor Ma Yunzhi's clinical experience and medical records of treating Parkinson's disease from phlegm, and to discuss and summarize his academic thoughts and essence, so that the academic experience and thought of famous old Chinese medicine can be carried forward, the fire can be passed on, and the theory of treatment of tremor syndrome can be better grasped. It is easier to accept, to alleviate or relieve the pain of the patient, its academic thought has far-reaching significance to the guidance of clinical work. Methods: by searching the literature related to teacher Ma's treatment of tremor syndrome and summarizing the related papers on the experience of teacher Ma's treatment of tremor syndrome, Through consulting and collecting academic reports, treatises, speeches, medical cases, medical words, and other materials from mentors; through consulting with teachers, rounds, collecting medical records of tremors and rounds; holding regular academic exchanges between teachers and students, to explore the experience of Ma teacher in treating tremor syndrome. Through summing up and arranging, the author analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis, clinical syndrome, dialectical treatment, prescription and medicine of phlegm treatment of fibrillation syndrome, and sums up Ma teacher's rule of treating tremor syndrome from phlegm. Results: this paper mainly includes preface, biographical biography, general introduction, understanding of tremor syndrome by doctors in past dynasties, and professor Ma Yunzhi's understanding and academic experience in treating Parkinson's disease from phlegm. Ten parts such as typical medical records were systematically expounded and professor Ma Yunzhi's academic experience in treating Parkinson's disease from phlegm was systematically summarized.
