【摘要】：目的觀察加味四妙散內(nèi)服合金黃膏外敷治療急性痛風性關節(jié)炎(AGA)的臨床效果。方法將134例AGA患者按隨機數(shù)字表法均分為兩組。對照組給予常規(guī)西藥治療;觀察組采取加味四妙散內(nèi)服合金黃膏外敷治療。記錄比較兩組治療前后關節(jié)活動功能、壓痛、腫脹及疼痛評分,療程結束后臨床療效,治療前后C反應蛋白(CRP)、紅細胞沉降率(ESR)、白細胞介素-8(IL-8)、血尿酸(BUA)水平以及治療期間不良反應。結果兩組治療后關節(jié)活動功能、壓痛、腫脹及疼痛評分與治療前比較,均顯著降低(P0.01),且觀察組癥狀改善程度較對照組相比,均更為顯著(P0.01);觀察組總有效率為94.03%,高于對照組的82.09%(P0.05);與治療前比較,治療后兩組CRP、ESR、IL-8及BUA水平均顯著改善(P0.01),且觀察組改善幅度均更為顯著(P0.01);觀察組不良反應率為2.99%,明顯低于對照組的13.43%(P0.05)。結論 AGA應用加味四妙散內(nèi)服合金黃膏外敷治療更能有效解除患者癥狀,鎮(zhèn)痛效果更佳,療效切實,安全可靠,具有較高臨床參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Simiao Powder on acute gouty arthritis (AGA). Methods 134 patients with AGA were divided into two groups according to random digital table. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The observation group was treated by adding modified Simiao powder and taking alloy yellow ointment externally. The joint motion function, tenderness, swelling and pain scores were recorded and compared before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy after the course of treatment was compared. Before and after treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), interleukin-8 (IL-8U), serum uric acid (BUAA) and adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups in terms of joint activity, tenderness, swelling and pain scores before and after treatment. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.03, which was higher than that of the control group (82.09 and 82.09), compared with that of the control group, the improvement degree of symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.03, which was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-8 and BUA were significantly improved in the two groups, and the range of improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the observation group, and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 2.99, which was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion AGA was treated with Jiawei Simiao Powder and taking Yaohuang Ointment externally. It is more effective in relieving the symptoms of the patients. The analgesia effect is better, the curative effect is practical, the safety is reliable, has the high clinical reference value.
