【摘要】：目的:觀察大防風(fēng)湯加減方內(nèi)外同用法治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎伴關(guān)節(jié)積液的臨床療效。方法:選取60例膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎伴關(guān)節(jié)積液患者,且符合中醫(yī)風(fēng)寒濕痹證的臨床表現(xiàn)。其中對(duì)照組患者30例,給予金骨蓮膠囊口服,治療組患者30例,口服大防風(fēng)湯加減方,并應(yīng)用煎藥包外用熱敷。經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)療程治療后,進(jìn)行療效對(duì)比。結(jié)果:治療組和對(duì)照組治愈率分別為63.3%和40%;總有效率分別為90%和76.7%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:該方法治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎伴關(guān)節(jié)積液臨床療效穩(wěn)定,起效迅速,治療方案相對(duì)全面,藥原穩(wěn)定易得,費(fèi)用相對(duì)低廉。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Dafangfeng decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with joint effusion. Methods: 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis with joint effusion were selected. 30 patients in the control group were given Jingulian capsule orally, and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Dafangfeng decoction and heat compress. After a course of treatment, Results: the cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were 63.3% and 40 respectively, the total effective rate was 90% and 76.7%, respectively, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The treatment plan is relatively comprehensive, the drug is stable and easy to obtain, and the cost is relatively low.
