【摘要】：目的觀察芥子咳喘貼治療小兒急性支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 90例急性支氣管炎患兒隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各45例。治療組使用芥子咳喘貼,對(duì)照組使用市售止咳平喘貼,治療1周后觀察臨床療效并進(jìn)行安全性評(píng)估。結(jié)果咳嗽療效:治療組愈顯率73.7%,對(duì)照組愈顯率61.0%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);咯痰療效:治療組愈顯率68.4%,對(duì)照組愈顯率65.9%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);喘息及氣促療效:治療組愈顯率76.3%,對(duì)照組愈顯率63.4%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2組癥狀積分均較治療前顯著降低(P0.01),其中治療組治療后咳嗽、咯痰癥狀積分均低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。2組在臨床觀察期間未出現(xiàn)貼敷部位疼痛、燒灼感及水泡等皮損;血、尿、便及肝腎功能未見異常。結(jié)論芥子咳喘貼治療小兒急性支氣管炎臨床療效肯定,使用安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of mustard Kechuan paste on acute bronchitis in children. Methods 90 cases of children with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases each. Results: the effective rate of cough was 73.7% in the treatment group, 61.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05%), the effective rate of phlegm was 68.4% in the treatment group, 65.9% in the control group, and 65.9% in the control group. The curative effect of wheezing and shortness of breath: the curative effect of the treatment group was 76.3%, while the control group was 63.4%. The difference was statistically significant. The symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the pre-treatment group, and the cough after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The score of sputum symptom in the control group was lower than that in the control group P0.052.There were no pain, burning sensation and blisters, blood, urine, etc. There is no abnormal function of stool and liver and kidney. Conclusion the clinical effect of mustard Kechuan paste on acute bronchitis in children is definite and safe to use.
